I hired this company last month to clean and reseal one bedroom and half bath. Two days prior I paid a plumber to come out to remove the toilet and sink in half bath so the tile beneath it can be cleaned in resealed also. As you can see from the picture below, this was not done. The entire area around toilets and sink looks as though it was never done. Not only can you see old Paint but you can see dirt in the tile. I contacted Owner a few days later to request he come to fix, but he refused. I had new tile floors installed in my condo 7 years ago. The grout color was off white and over time started turning dark grey. Ive had the floors steam cleaned many times and after a few weeks looked old. I called AAA Tile and Ofer came to my home. We took out a corner built in spa tub so we could put in a freestanding tub. The floor needed to be replaced once the spa tub was demoed and pulled out, and the back walls also needed to be retiled. Used this firm before and liked the result. Called again ( 2 years later) to polish my marble floors and two bathrooms. The bathroom tile turned out great but the marble in the rest of the house did not look clean. The grout was not cleaned well. I called the owner and told him I would like to have him look at it to see if they could touch it up. He said he would call me back when he would be in my area again. That was the last I heard from him. I had to redo the grout myself. I have since heard from the vendor's wife informing me of some unforeseen difficulties that made it difficult to have my job reviewed. I still feel that a "heads up" to the customer is warranted when a promise has to be modified. For that reason I have raised my review to 4 stars but excellent service requires communication between service company and customer when a promise has to be modified. read more

If I could give AAA Tile & Marble Restoration more than 5 stars, I would. This is the 2nd time we have used AAA. The first time was to replace some tiles that buckled on a screened-in porch where the tiles were installed a very long time ago. This time we used them to completely replace the tiles on the screened-in porch. We called them on a Thursday and they came out that day to look at the job, removed the old tiles on Saturday, and completed the job on Monday. They were kind enough to accommodate our tight schedule. They showed up when they said they would show up. Everyone was professional and just really nice. And, the cost was quite reasonable. The tile floor in my house was not installed correctly and needed remediation. I called AAA, spoke with Naomi and scheduled an appointment. Ofer and Daniel came over to identify the scope of work and gave me an estimate that was more than fair. I paid a deposit and we set the appointment to do the work the following week. Naomi called to confirm the day before and the crew showed up on-time and went to work. Daniel presented 2 grout colors to fill the holes with but I decided that I will have them come back to clean, stain and seal all of the grout lines at a later date to make it all uniform. In just over 2 hours the job was done. Our grout in our house needed to be cleaned, stained and sealed. I phoned up and spoke with Ofer and set up a time for him to come over. He came within a day and met with my husband and me to discuss what needed to be done. He gave us a very fair estimate and even agreed to do the job in two stages as we are under going some remodeling. Danny came with a helper and they cleaned the tile with a non toxic fabulous cleaner. Moving forward I thought I wanted one particular color, so Danny painted one section of the grout the color I had selected and he went a step further and painted another section that he being the professional thought was a better choice.
