I arrive at my scheduled time and am greeted and my car promptly taken in. You can see the service through their glass windows. About 30 minutes later, Carlos comes back and tells me we have an issue! Turns out I told him the wrong size rims!!! And the ones I ordered don't even come in my wheel size. He makes some calls and comes back with three options, one of which is the top rated Michelin P4S which I opt for. He sends his driver over and the tires arrive in about 30 minutes. They finish the install, check the alignment, and check me out. This is a team that goes the extra mile. The waiting area is nice, free Keurig coffee maker, wi-fi and a great selection of wheels if you're looking for something new. Highly recommended. read more

Went there for brakes because they were squeaking. They did not fix the brakes. They changed them for new ones but turns out my brake pads were fine and it was the roaters(according to them afterthey took my money for brakes I did not need). They test drove my car after replacing my perfectly fine brakes and obviously still heard the squeaking noise but told us it was fixed. They refuse to refund my money for a false service rendered. Put wheels and tires on my truck specified that tires could not rub on turns. I showed up backed out of parking spot at their shop. wheels rubbing badly. left truck in their possession till next day, only to return and find that rocker had been beaten with a hammer to clearance, and tires still rub to this day. I came in to get bushings replaced I asked if they could do it and they said easily no problem when i came back 2 days later to pick them up they had not only destroyed 6/8 bushings but they also ruined my knuckles. The manager and people there are not "car enthusiasts" as they advertise they claimed it was perfectly fine and denied any wrongdoing it did not look safe to me so i got opinions from 3 other mechanics all confirmed they botched it up Horrible customer service too stay far away ! read more

over the years I have bought several sets of wheels from Elite Roads. They're buildings changed , their management changes their personnel changes, but never their good service. It is always always excellent. Most recent wheels I bought were from a gentleman named Orlando, who couldn't have been nicer and the important thing to me was he kept me completely aware, even in off hours through text of what was going on with my order. I was even able to text him at home on the weekend and he would answer. That just usually doesn't happen in today's retail environment. The techs were great, the shop foreman was great. Sat in their waiting room most of the day. Here I am a month later and same thing AGAIN! Wheel weights falling off. Apparently they are not capable of properly balancing your tires. my initial experience was great. Orlando did a good job of helping me select the right wheels and tires for my CLS550. Came back to the shop 5months later due to severe shaking of the vehicle. No more than 2K miles were put on the tires since I work from home. I was told by Orlando my tires had warranty just like any other tire shop..and to come back if I ever had any issues..well that's not the case. Apparently Orlando sold me "Chinese" tires which have no warranty (not what I was told) and of course I reached out to Orlando but has retired and drove off into sunset. I'm very disappointed the shop didn't accommodate. It's clear my tires are brand new and technician claimed I had bubbles in all tires. Save yourself time and $ and go to a legit tire shop that provides warranty and doesn't sell shit claiming it's gold. read more

This shop does not care about your goddamn car! I went to the shop to replace brake pads. The brake pads were replaced but when the job was finished, after driving the car for a while, the pads still made noise when I break. But that's not even the worst part. The person that put my lug nuts on screw up the threading of my studs. It's messed up so bad that one Lug nut can't even come out!! Now I'm paying even more money just to replace those studs. read more

I came to do an alignment and they ruined my fenders. The technician acknowledged the issue and the owner offered me $50 dollar discount when the fender flares alone cost $150 without painting. With painting they cost $300. When I complained about the amount offered the owner rejected the statement and asked to the technician to remove the car and no compensation for my damaged fender. The owner was rude and unprofessional. Only when I complained in front of other customers , the owner offered to perform the alignment for free. However, this does not compensate for the damage done. Very lazy workers on top of them not completing the job I requested and paid for. Also put my life at danger when not tightening lug nuts tight enough to the point by the time I got to the tire shop I had one lug nut left. I don't know if they had new guys or just lazy ones but the job was not completed and to put my life and truck in jeopardy because of not paying attention or laziness will definitely be taking business else where!!!! This place used to be really great. I've been going there for.around ten years. My last two.visits were not good. On one occasion I got a set out out of round tires that made my car vibrate at highway speeds. It took two.weeks and several visits to get it fixed. My last visit i.was totally misled about the tires that were going on my car. When I called I told the person onthe phone that I don't want the most expensive tire but I don't want Chinese tires. I was quoted on Sumitomo FP7000 tires and got some off brand supposedly made by Sumitomo. Then I got so sales speech about how these tires were made by Sumitomo and that I was wrong. And he was sorry if I didn't hear him and the tires weren't Chinese tbey were Korean. I know exactly what he said and he tried to.work his way around it. So I did some research and the tire are made by Falken that is owned by Sumitomo not made by Sumitomo. These are shady sales tactics and they know exactly what they are doing. Stay away from this place unless you want the no name tires. Then you'll be fine. I won't even go back to let them change the tires. I have four cars in my driveway and none of them will ever go to this place again. read more

About a month ago I brought my BMW in for a simple brake job. Elite quoted me for brakes and rotors, which they told me were for high quality replacement brake pads for my vehicle. When I picked up my car I immediately noticed a loud clunking sound. I called them and they told me the brakes just needed to wear in and give it 50 miles. Sure enough after 50 miles the sound didn't go away so I brought it back into Elite. They called me and told me they accidentally put on a defective rotor and had to order me a new one. Which was frustrating because clearly they never test drove the car or they would have known right away something was wrong. Nonetheless I brought my car back when the new rotor came in. I brought my car in Thursday afternoon and they told me my car would be ready by noon on Friday. It didn't end up being done until Monday afternoon! On top of that they never followed up with me to let me know the status I had to keep calling to check up on my car, it was one excuse after another. A day after picking up my car I noticed the clunking sound came back! I decided to bring it into 2 different reputable shops in the area to see what was going on with it. They both told me the same thing: it wasn't the rotors, Elite had put on not only cheap low quality replacement pads, but they were the wrong size for my car! I had one of the shops put on the OEM replacement pads for my car and now it rides perfectly. Not only did Elite end up cheating me by putting on low quality brake pads they were also incompetent by putting on the wrong brake pads and misdiagnosing the issue, I will never go back there! read more

This is not the Elite Roads that was good in the past, the name Elite Roads was sold to Extreme Performance Wheels which is what this company is. I brought my car here to have all four TPMS sensors replaced and 4 days later both of my back tires were completely flat which caused one of them to be completely ruined. I went back to them and spoke with Carlos Reyes, the Sales Manager there and he appeared to be helpful but that facade faded very quickly. He blamed my tires for the loss of air and stated my tires were "bald" due to camber wear which caused the leak. I never had any issues with my tires (Toyo Proxies) until I brought them to this place. They did a leak test on one of my back wheels and they found a leak on the bead where the tire meets the rim. The workers they have there do not know how to properly mount a tire and will take any shortcuts they can. They put a fairly large chip on my Vossen wheels and ruined my tire in the process. I saw the worker struggling to work the mounting machine and he clearly did not know what he was doing. I paid good money to have a simple service done and now it has cost me hundreds more that what was necessary. Carlos got frustrated with me and told me he would sell me a replacement tire for "his cost" and I told him okay and to place the order. He said he would call me in 2 days. He never called me. I looked up the tire he was going to sell me and "his price" was more expensive than all the prices online. This shop is dishonest and lacks customer service.
