Hmm, not sure why the previous low reviews. I have had 3 separate positive experiences with Mark and his company. We purchased our home brand new in Heritage Lake, and planned on immediately upgrading our flooring in our 2700 sq foot home. Mark was responsive, reasonably priced, fast and efficient. Mark even fixed several flaws that he noticed and he didn't charge me extra. Pros: Attentive, fast and efficient, reasonably priced. Cons: None. read more

This guy is a crook. I had him give me an estimate for some carpet in a 15x20 room. He quoted me $1200. So being the nice person iam I paid him $1280 up front thinking he was legit. Well 8 months later I have no carpet and a bunch of ripped up padding in my house. The holes are from my dog which I have to keep locked in a cage now so that he doesn't scratch at the padding. I text the guy once or twice a week and rarely get a response. And when he does respond he tells me he'll be over to finish the job with in a couple days and never shows. So I wouldn't recommend this guy to work on anyone's home. Now I need to pay another carpet guy to redo this mess before my baby is due in July. And not to mention mark Patterson aka aacc restoration said he can't give me my money back. read more

a friend sent me to Mark because 5 star restoration flaked. aacc came in and did the job. they broke the closet door but came back to fix it. but first asked me what I did to the closet door accusing me of breaking it when in his Instagram picture it was already there. the next call I made was because the doorstop wasn't put back once they put baseboards. the carpet was lifting at the transition to the flooring. my two year Old room had tacks sticking out of the ground where the carpet transitions to flooring. thankfully i stepped on and not her. he also "overlooked" the fact that his estimate said baseboards yet he didn't put baseboards back in her room once he laid the carpet down. he also mentioned how he was going to throw in an upgraded padding however when I walk on it feels like om walking on concrete. I would have preferred my old padding back had I known. would not recommend him to anyone. I was very patient with him. totally get busy. gave him a few days even to call or text me back. he would say he was coming and then not show. paid in full and he has officially ghosted me. read more

We recently used AACC restoration and Mark for work at our home. There have been several posts with the projects on our home. Mark installed faulty plumbing and stiffed us for over 2000.00. Mark was recommended to us by a mutual friend and took advantage of us. Now he has no contact with us and we need repairs on just about everything installed. Should have read reviews before hiring to clean our family sectional. Sofa was cleaned on Thursday afternoon 07/23/20. On Friday morning 07/24/20, turned the cushions over to make sure everything was drying and noted that 2 separate cushions were not cleaned. Contacted Mark and asked if they could come by to clean the two missed cushions the next time they were in the area or I could even bring the cushions to him. Mark would not come to view the missed cushions or clean them, instead I was questioned if the stains were caused on Thursday night after he left. If there was a zero star I would give that! We had Mark do a backsplash in our kitchen. He did a horrible job. The tile wasn't even done up to the cupboards. He spent the majority of his time on the phone texting and talking. What should have been a day and a half was four days. So... Mark answered my inquiry quickly, gave me an accurate estimate... in fact, ...the price actually went down a bit... arrived on time and as scheduled and got right to work. My entire upstairs, 4 bedrooms, bonus room, two hallways and a bathroom... oh, and the staircases, were in pretty bad shape. General wear of 14 year old carpet, stains and some animal urine, but Mark vacuumed and pre treated before cleaning and they came out GREAT! Better than I expected! Eek! is correct. This was for wood flooring in three connected rooms. First, we have asked many times for the Bill/Invoice after paying cash and it has been over two months. Mark Patterson, the owner, of AACC in Wildomar, does not return my texts and still has not provided ANY paperwork. We have had to redo some of the baseboard work where they have left gaps an ran some longer than needed without trimming the excess. After waiting for days to get started Mark's crew finally showed up with Mark there in the morning but left right away to do another job. Mark did not show again until late evening. They finally wrapped it up about 10:00 PM and it was way to dark to notice all the scratches, puckers and chips where too much force was used to butt the planks together. We have about 6 or 8 puckers (others might know as delaminations along the edges) along with scratches and chips. He was in such a hurry to leave he left a pile of trash from the carpet removal, packaging and scrap wood laminate. Plastic packaging and other debris was blown around the yard due to the strong winds. I am in my 70's with a bad back and I had to clean up the mess he left consisting of carpet, padding, nail strips, and miscellaneous packaging trash. He did return to pick up the trash several days later. We showed him the problems and asked that he fix them and provide us the invoice. He said the repairs would cost a lot and that he would return the next day with the invoice. It has been over two months and he has not returned or replied to my contacting him. Mark-owner of AACC Flooring is the worst! A 5 week job ended up taking 5 months. Really its a ZERO star but at least one star must be picked!!! In addition, 1. the cabinets we ordered were not the cabinets that he installed 2. he ordered/installed the wrong counter tops in both bathrooms (we ordered granite and received quartz) 3. he took or threw away the new faucets that we purchased for the bathroom (but he used a valve that came in the faucet package) 4. he did not finish the base moulding in the master bedroom 5. he left holes in the walls but painted over them 6. he left many areas unpainted in the bathrooms (he hired a pizza delivery guy to do the touch up paint in these missed areas, but it was never completed 7. he placed base moulding with large cracks in the panels 8. he applied the kitchen cabinet handles crooked on most doors 9. the job took so long because he would put in 2-4 hours approximately once every 3 weeks 10. hires drunk people to do some of the work (and raided our bar/drank the alcohol and ate lots of food from our kitchen) 10. I could list more things and post many pictures of the horrible work that Mark did 11. we had to hire someone else to finish the work that Mark did not complete but was paid for 12. he also begged to get paid the remaining amount of many because he said he was broke (against our better judgement) then posted pictures of himself in Hawaii 2 days later and never returned to finish the job he was paid for read more
