I appreciated the quick response when asked for a quote. The work was done quickly and when there were a couple of things missed it was quickly resolved. I took off 1 star because my car smelled like cherries and I found several deodorizers under my seats. I wasn't asked if I wanted a deodorizer and I personally do not like my car scented because it gives me headaches. For starters, Luis was great at answering any questions I had prior to my appointment, and a wonderful job accommodating to my schedule change. Dominique did a great job contacting me and confirming my appointment, as well as notifying me of Luis' arrival. He was able to take out years worth of stains on my seats, and he did a fantastic job washing and vacuuming the mats and under them as well! He worked with my schedule and it was great being able to work from home while getting my car worked on downstairs. I had to cancel once due to my vaccine taking me out for a few days and then I was late when he was scheduled to come to my office . I was looking like a not so great , flakey, A hole customer but he was patient and offered to do the inside and then come back the next day to do the outside of my car!
