He communicates well with tenants on any issues that may affect us. He fixes issues quickly and has made a number of improvements. I occasionally enjoy the food truck that Ryan contracted to come onsite! Its actually really amazing food especially when I dont have time to leave the office to find something in town. This is a well run place if you need an office or large secure yard for equipment. Location is really ideal. Easy on/off the 101 freeway.

I can swing a sledge and run a saw and push a wheel barrow, but i drive a prius; i'm not hauling anything. I had a hell of time trying to find someone available to do the job. First, Vince chatted with me about the job i needed and how he could help, even before i booked him. I called around to other places, but eventually came back to Vince. So, 5 stars right from the jump for just being helpful. Second, i must have misunderstood the instructions about the materials, cuz i knew i would need a separate haul for organics (like tree stumps) but didn't know i also had to separate the broken concrete from the deck wood. Third, the whole job was larger than he had anticipated. So, to recap: its 5:00 on Sunday. My driveway has a literal ton of demolition debris that i cannot move. And this job is way more of a pain in the ass than Vince anticipated. But you wouldn't have known that working with Vince. Vince was super chill and super pro the whole time. He was friendly, kind, efficient; he and his partner loaded it all up, didn't ask for help, cleaned my driveway, gave me a fair price, and was on his way. Five stars and more. She also couldn't find my contract on her computer, so she didn't know I returned it 3 hours later. Just tell me what all the charges are.

We arrived at a beautifully set up glamping experience with the airstream fully furnished mindfully with eco friendly items and just what we would need for our trip. Outside we also got to enjoy a relaxing sitting area with jute rug and fire pit. Upon departure we left everything as we found it and Jaime and Kevin picked up the airstream as easily as they delivered it. Would highly recommend for a family camping trip, couples getaway, or even a solo retreat in the woods. Will definitely book with them again!

It was the most disgusting and disturbing sight I have ever seen and it was all my stuff that I paid $120 a month to keep safely stored. And when I asked Mike to come witness this appalling sight, his response was, "What good will that do?" My repeated attempts to contact the owner fall on deaf ears. The business name at this time is incorrect. It should be Self Storage of Windsor. I noticed there was a negative review prior to mine. Mike mentioned the place was previously run not quite to his standards, so maybe the negative review came from that regime.
