He communicates well with tenants on any issues that may affect us. He fixes issues quickly and has made a number of improvements. I occasionally enjoy the food truck that Ryan contracted to come onsite! Its actually really amazing food especially when I dont have time to leave the office to find something in town. This is a well run place if you need an office or large secure yard for equipment. Location is really ideal. Easy on/off the 101 freeway.

I tried for an hour to get it open, an employee, a big guy, brought his tool box, and he tried, using brute force and multiple tools, and then Cathy, the manager tried. Cathy is very small, probably 105 lbs soaking wet, but she examined the situation carefully, thought about it for a minute, and then MacGyver'd that door open with no tools in about about 30 seconds. It was a wonder to behold! Afterwards, she just casually dusted her hands off and acted like it was no big deal, but it was actually amazing. Both Cathy and the other employees at this facility are nice, helpful, and efficient. I have never had a negative experience with anyone at this Storage Pro; they are all really good to deal with.

He treats every single tenant with absolute dignity and respect. Even when dealing with difficult situations, he remains firm yet incredibly fair and understanding. He always goes above and beyond to meet my needs and he keeps the facility clean. beware!!!! dont rent…read morea storage space here unless you want to risk all of your valuables being stolen. shout out the "manager" lamont. i moved from a unit where my stuff sat safely for 2 years, into a bigger unit for cheaper (shouldve known) down a hallway without a camera, and 4 ways in/out. hmmm. within about a month, my lock was picked, whole unit torn apart, and all of my most valuable possessions stolen. ironically there are no cameras that show that unit, and if someone had access to other units they could move my stuff into a different unit in the same hallway, without any trace. and then sell the items later. this could only be accomplished by the manager or an acquaintance of his. my lock was picked, unit rifled through and the lock was picked again to re-lock it. only someone with time on their hands would be capable. draw your own conclusion there. i was paid out a tiny insurance payment that covered about 25% of the value of my stolen items. do not rent a unit here!!! i would give negative stars if i could. i paid thousands of dollars for over 2 years only to be robbed.
