I brought my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan here for an oil change on 08/23/2025 around 1pm. Within less than five miles of leaving, the car stalled while idling and would not restart. The dash lights come on, but the engine will not even attempt to turn over. This issue started immediately after the service, and the vehicle had no such problem before. I am now having the car inspected by another mechanic to determine what went wrong. I am very disappointed and hurt with this experience and would caution others to be careful when choosing this business. Edit: Transmission fuse box had a fuse melted or damaged somehow, never had this issue since I had the car. Purchased the car from the one and only owner & he never reported such issues. Mechanic said it takes less than 30 seconds to tamper with this fuse box so watch every move these mechanics in this shop makes to ensure they arent doing anything unscrupulous to your car. read more

Customers beware: I went for an oil change at this place, my tech was named Butcher. I pulled my car in and he said I got the wrong Groupon and I needed to upgrade to synthetic. I told him no conventional is fine it's not a problem. He was trying to make me pay more with CASH and I said no just the Groupon service is fine. He told me okay to wait in the lobby 15-20 minutes. A manager answers and I tell him the situation and he say I got the wrong oil change and that if I took it back to AAG. I said yes and the tech refused to change the oil again. He said you have to pay cash for another oil change. I said no the issue is that it wasn't changed, I need the service that I paid for. This place is literally robbing out here. I asked to speak to the owner AGAIN and he said you are not speaking with him he is not a mechanic. Business staff that refuses to allow you to speak to the owner is obviously very shady and has something to hide. I called this place and told them I purchased a Groupon for a wheel alignment do I need to make an appointment, they said yes bring it in at 10 am the next morning, I get there a little before 10 am and they say the guy isn't there yet, I was asked about which Groupon did I purchase for the wheel alignment the 2 wheel or 4 wheel, I said 2 wheel, he says I purchased the wrong one that the 2 wheel alignment was for mopeds and that I would have to purchase the 4 wheel alignment instead which would be 32 dollars more making it 96 dollars, we went back and forth for a few minutes but I agreed to it because I just had work done to my suspension and it was way off, this man didn't get there to 11:40 am a hour and 40 minutes from the time I was told to come in, upon looking I noticed that they didn't have a wheel alignment machine and I asked him and he said that don't have one they do them manually, and said it's the same thing. When they pulled my car in one of the workers pulled his car in after mine to block me in just in case i had an issue about their service, because I read all of the bad horrible reviews from other customers and I was looking for anything that resembles what I read, he seen that I wasnt going to be an easy mark and that I would raise hell if they tried to pull one over on me, the mechanic noticed a nut missing from my tie rod told me to go back to the person who did my work get it fixed and come back for the wheel alignment, I appreciate that finding but I will not be returning to them ever again, too many red flags, inconsistenties and contradictions, this place is dirty, the office is dirty trash all on the floor the bathroom is dirty, the area where the work is dirty, no one sweeps, mops or takes out the trash in this place, so unprofessional, I came to the place a couple months ago and got an axle replacement with no issues, but this visit was totally different and I seen what other customers seen, if you love your car and don't like wasting your money or time please don't go here, pay that extra money somewhere else and get your car done right, read the reviews and take heed to them, the customers aren't disgruntled employees like they want you to believe, the reviews are real from other customers who were scammed by this place read more

I contacted Groupon and I was told I needed a statement from the company stating it wasn't redeemed before I could get my money back. They offered a conventional oil change on Groupon. Purchased went out the next day. They said Groupon was in error, they don't have conventional oil but they would do synthetic for an additional amount more than double what I had already paid to Groupon. I left went next door to store parking lot and filled out the refund info to Groupon so I would be within their refund guidelines. Groupon sends me a denial says the merchant said I wanted extra services but I didn't want to pay. So the struggle began, AAG even had me come back out there and different guy pulled the same number. Long story short, I had to file a complaint with the Federal Consumer Protection Agency, (from the Groupon names, they were probably headquartered in India) I was advised to file a "bait and switch theft report at the police station and email it to them so the could attach it to the complaint. I notified them of the report and the law about financial exploitation of a senior and the only way to stop this action was to send my money back within the next 3 days and if they didn't believe me or thought they couldn't be touched they need to pay attention to the government try to shut TikTok down! I was in need of an oil change and found this place on Groupon. When I arrived there were no signs or sounds of cars being serviced but there were 3 customers in the lobby waiting. The guy at the window didn't seem very interested in being there. I let him know I had a Groupon and he asked to see the voucher. Once he saw it he took my keys and just walked away. There was no other exchange of words until they were done in which I just saw my keys dangling in the air and "oil change" being yelled out. I wasn't there long but the customer service could have been better. I didn't receive any paperwork which normally goes with any service done on a car. I came with my son to get my front rotors and brakes and left in AMAZEMENT with how friendly and compassionate everyone was. From the smiling and friendly receptionist to the mechanics and the owner, I was so impressed withe the professionalism and excellent upkeep of the facility. They had fresh coffee brewing with customers and every customer was a repeat customer (thats an EXCELLENT sign). The owner worked with my budget and truly understands that a little bit of compassion goes a LONG way. I contacted the shop and to confirm if I needed an appointment or if i could just drive in. I was told by the shop rep on the phone that I could drive in with no appointment so I asked if i could come in same day. I was told anytime after 12pm. I drove out, 40 min drive and arrived on scene. There were vehicles in the shop and outside with no active work being done on them and only one person working the shop. He was generally nice however after "reviewing" his oil stock i was told we would need to reschedule the work for another day which was disappointing considering i could have been told this before driving out and now i had wasted gas and time.
