They changed it out and it was still making the sound and instead of fixing it they told me the truck was ready for pickup. Then my truck wouldn't even start in their parking lot when I picked it up. The kicker? they charged my warranty $1,431 and they didn't even fix it. So I did what I should have done in the first place and diagnosed it myself. Ended up being a $20 idler pulley. I couldn't imagine what they'd charge if I didn't have warranty. They are not knowledgeable and there customer service is terrible.
