Left my car with them on a Friday, and In a couple hours he called me back saying they drove the car and couldn't experience the same issue I was having but because it was raining they didn't want to risk an accident. They left with me the option of you can pick it up and bring it back on Monday or leave it there until Monday for another round of testing. So I went with option 2. Again, tony called back and he was honest about them not being able to experience the same issue but suggested I take it a Nissan dealership. Happy to report that after taking it to Goodyear first and then Bert's, I took Tony's advice on the dealership and I'm now waiting to pick my car up at Nissan as I write this review because they were able to find and fix the issue. Thanks tony for your honesty I would definitely recommend this place especially too if you're a female and you always worry that you might get screwed over by mechanic shops. Their going to call you and tell you their something shiny in your transmission pan and it needs to be checked asap. Theres a $485 charge to pull your transmission that goes to the cost of your repair. If you tell them not to check it they will tell you "We hav to put the same transmission oil in it that we took out." Which contains other peoples dirty oil transmission which will do damage to your vehicle. They will tell you that they rebuilt your transmission but they will simply take it part and change minor items and put tit back together. Your transmission WILL FAIL AGAIN before the warranty is up. DON'T COME HERE. These guys will leave you high and dry. They do shotty work. Go to a reputable transmission company, this one sucks. READ the BBB complaints this A+ doesn't mean anything. Picture of the fake veteran is the one who will steal your money, with these horrible business practices.
