I previously used them in the past for a broken shifter cable. From that inital experience, we could have easily been taken advantage of and been told it was a bad transmission, but their transparency and and honesty is what brought me back. For this transmission rebuild, they called us for every step during the diagnosis, removal, repair, and replacement process. They even requested for me to come to the shop and view the components that went bad. I was not able to make it, so they sent detailed pictures with a phone call afterwards with a detailed explanation of what I was looking at, why it failed, including options for repair. As a "motorhead" myself, everything he described in detail was concise, accurate, and no misleading information was given. My wife and I could not ask for any more. For your transmission needs, please consider this organization to take care of you. Oh, they even washed our vehicle for both repairs and placed several paper mats not to get any grease or grime in the interior of our vehicle (it's the small things that make a difference. That pride for their customers goes a long way! Although we were not expecting to spend this kind of money during the holidays, the experience was positive and we are back on the road with no car note, lol. I'd like to give the service advisor "Tony" for his professionalism and patience, and the owner for approaching me to make sure we have been taken care of. Not a repair I can do from home on this truck so it was off to Yelp Projects to get a quote for service on a worst-case scenario repair. Mark from Mendo Motorz contacted me back and did just that. I spoke with him on the phone and we went over what I tried and what it might be, and I was satisfied enough to have my vehicle towed in that afternoon. Knowing that my business depends on my vehicle running, they verified my suspicions before closing and Mark let me know that it would take a couple hours to fix come morning. Sure enough, it was ready before noon the next day, and considering a fuel pump replacement on my F150 requires dropping the fuel tank to do, it was a very quick turn around! The quality of the work was superb and communication was excellent the whole way through. The price for parts and labor was also well below some of the other quotes I was given which was only icing the cake! There is a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor, but I'm sure it won't be an issue. Top notch garage. I would recommend them to anybody.

    am writing this review because I am deeply concerned about this shops management approach to how…read morethey handle their business and the mistreatment of their own employees. My husband, a former employee, was let go for trying to hold the management accountable for their mistakes that they blamed him for daily! I've heard numerous accounts when the management deflected their own shortcomings and frustration out onto their own employees, and undervaluing their contributions. Stealing their customers money by not doing the work they payed for and hide it behind a warranty if it was fixed properly the first time they wouldn't have to hang on tight to the only thing that they do have is their warranty! Their warranty is more like a guarantee, Guarantee your car will not leave their shop the same way it came in, and a guaranteed to see your car over and over again! But it's under "warranty" and their guarantee to see you again! It's time for a change in leadership and the way they treat their employees and customers and change in a way that can "guarantee" the management to foster the culture and put on a pair ()() and have "accountability" and have respect and better communication between employees customers, and the management. Until then there's no hope for this business thrive... and stop hustling people out of their own hard working money!

To make matters worse, not only was the "out the door price" quoted over the phone higher, it ended up being 4 percent increase due to paying via a credit card that was not disclosed to me until I went to pay the bill. Who walks around with $500 in their wallet? Lastly, I strongly recommend that as a general rule (and not pertaining to access transmission in any way shape or form) that all personal items be removed from your vehicle when leaving your vehicle at an automotive repair shop. Its a good practice that I have found to be a proactive way to prevent a disappointing experience,
