For a room that costs almost $200.....you'd think it would be better. It's clean, and the staff seemed nice from what interaction we had. Superb, hot continental breakfast - the biscuits and gravy are delicious! Front desk was exceptionally helpful - I had minor car difficulties and they quickly loaned me a few tools to fix it. Housekeeping did an excellent job of providing a clean room, extra towels, and soaps. read more

This is a FANTASTIC PROPERTY! We didnt have a reservation and it was Thursday of Memorial Weekend. We walked in made reservation. Front desk girl was VERY friendly and VERY accommodating! The lobby is charming and very clean bright & welcoming. The pool area and green space beyond that is just as wonderful! SO CLEAN AND EXTREMELY WELL KEPT! The room was fabulous as well!! So charming and CLEAN!! And Im hard to please when it comes to hotel rooms! It even smelled clean no foul smell. The breakfast room was probably 9 out of 10. Very well appointed. Clean lots of tables even a large high top for at least 8 guests. Standard variety for complimentary. Would definitely return!! All in all I was impressed at how well it was kept up! read more

An independent motel that was clean, up to date and a good value, cheaper than its corporate neighbors but still well cared for. We took a chance and stayed at the first place we found close to Canyonland and Arches National Park. The staff are warm & welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast is generous and good quality. There's a frig and coffee maker in the room. Definitely not worth the price (2 queen beds, total $178.68) The breakfast provided does help offset that expense however because when they say hot breakfast, they mean it. Good selection of basic breakfast foods - most helpful is not spending time at a restaurant waiting on food. At North end of Moab - not close to downtown at all, but closer to National Parks. Room was noisy, bed was okay but pillows thicker than a pancake would be appreciated. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. I think I would have preferred to stay closer to downtown so I could explore without needing to drive and find parking which is sometimes difficult. read more

Awesome hotel! I would highly recommend this for anyone visiting the Arches National Park. The rooms had everything you would want, including free Wi-Fi, breakfast, in-room microwave, fridge, and other accommodations. The only thing they could improve on would be the pillows.. The ones provided for us were small and had a older looking pillow case. Other than this, I have no complaints! read more

We arrived here before check-in 3 pm time and though the room was not ready yet, we got our room assignment right away and were offered to use hotel's patio and other public area before check-in time - very nice. The hotel was good. Service was very friendly. We were impressed that the employees were friendly to each other - they ate their lunch together as a group, very nice. We had a problem with hot water pressure and it was fixed promptly. I took two stars off because the hotel ruined our lunch. Here is the story: The hotel aggressively promotes two restaurants, without us even asking for restaurant recommendation. We made a mistake going for lunch to Zax, one of the two "strongly recommended" restaurants. The hotel even had their menu in the hotel guest book. This restaurant, Zax, turned out to have the worst service and very poor food quality. How it is possible to ruin French Fries - it was so much over-fried that one could not taste any potatoes and had an after-taste which even gum could not erase. Why people would go there despite obvious many problems with the service and food? Here it is: 1. The hotel owner is a part owner of this restaurant and sends hotel guests there. 2. The Zax restaurant menu in the hotel guest book has old prices of a few years ago. I would gladly stay at this hotel again but would definitely chose a different restaurant :). read more

Aarchway offers a great base camp for exploring arches and canyonlands. The pool and hot tub provide for excellent relaxation with a view. The courtyard and multiple grills are a nice touch (grilling was thoroughly enjoyable). The breakfast is better than the run-of-the-mill hotels. The hotel appears freshly renovated and well maintained. Finally, the service is excellent. read more

Our experience at Aarchway Inn was absolutely horrible, costumer service was the worst I've experienced from a hotel, specifically Kelsey was very rude to my family and I, I asked when our room was done and she interrupted me, and gave me an answer with a high, rude tone. Best place I've stayed at in the entire week of traveling. Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, the coffee is freshly ground and brewed... Delicious. The room was very clean and had an awesome shower with pretty good shower condiments (shampoo etc). Great workout equipment and a beautiful view from the pool. All this and a king bed for only $70 read more

Clean, affordable and 5 mins from entrance of arches national park. Couple miles to downtown Moab. Pool, laundry, play ground. Only complaint, the free breakfast wasn't very tasty. Love Aarchway Inn!! We stayed here 7 years ago and again this week! Rooms are great, shower is fantastic, grounds are beautiful including exercise area, playground, fire pit, and beautiful views from rooms. Theresa at the front desk helped us check in early. Included breakfast was great and I really appreciated biodegradable materials used for breakfast ware. I hate styrofoam! Highly recommend Aarchway Inn. read more

Convenient, comfortable, I've stayed here a few times. Front desk is great. Price is much higher during peak season. The grounds and pool area are nice but should be better kept up! It's peak spring season now and the plants, flowers, trees, shrubs should be maintained! The pool was so murky no one wanted to get in it. Hot tub OK but way too much chlorine, and not crystal clear, like it should be. Maybe they lost their groundskeeper and can't find a new one. Simple attention to detail would make the large and pleasant grounds area much better. The rooms are clean enough, beds worn out a bit. We were just above the entrance door on the south end and experienced way too much noise from other guests going in and out. At midnight, we were woken by either staff or guests smoking and chatting loudly just under our room. I think I would only stay here again during off season and get the better price and pick a better room location. What we paid during high season isn't worth what we got. read more

You can't beat the value. For the price of a room at Motel 6, you get a huge room with a kitchenette. Everything is immaculate, there is free wifi, and there is a pool and hot tub (only the latter in the winter), as well as a small gym. Parking is free, and they are generous with soap, conditioner, shampoo, etc. read more

My husband and I went to Moab , UT for new year 2015 holidays. We stayed in Aarchway inn , we love the hotel . This hotel has a big room , clean , smell good . We got good price for winter Holliday discount . We stayed here for 6 days and love their free hot breakfast . Mr. Ken was a main guy who prepared all the hot breakfast every morning at the eating room . He is a hard worker , friendly . We talked to him and gave him a good tip before we left . we completely want to get back Aarchway inn if we visit Moab again . Good service , nice place ! read more

We read others reviews shared and picked Archways Inn based on reviews. We found the front staff (Mike) welcoming and attentive; offering helpful tips and ideas for our visit. The SW motif was fitting and in good taste. The room is spacious; comfortable king bed w/2bed-side night stands, a 1/2 circle table with two chairs, reading chair with side table and large armoire w/TV, oversized shower (marble walls), toilet-sink and small area with microwave, fridge and coffee/tea maker. Everything we needed. A/C was great too, as our first night was warm outside and it let us sleep comfortably inside. Our room was near the elevator but was very quiet. This is a great value in Moab!! read more

Stayed for 3 nights with family. Loved it. Great breakfast selection, clean rooms, nice pool. Had a problem with a wall-unit air conditioner - a person came within 5 minutes and fixed it.
