This is my go to spot for eyebrow threading! Everyone here is incredibly friendly, the salon is clean, and the service is quick. I like to book an appointment through Yelp. It is a very simple process - you select a date, all the available providers/time is then generated, and you select the option that works best for you. They do, however, accept walk-ins. If you decide to walk-in, you get the first available provider. I always go to either Durga or Pooja. They're both very skillful and do a wonderful job. Durga is very gentle. I barely feel my brows being threaded. Pooja provides great input if you're super indecisive like me. I go in telling her the general shape I want, and she provides suggestions on how to enhance my brows. As of the time of this review, it costs $12 for threading eyebrows. All their entire service prices are also provided when you're booking an appointment. It is located in a huge parking lot, so parking is never an issue. read more

I've been a regular at Aarna Threading for a while now, and they consistently do a great job. All the women who work there are great. I currently book my session with Yunica and she is terrific! She takes her time with me and is very detailed with her work. I really appreciate how she checks in halfway through to see if I like the outcome and listens to my feedback, which makes each visit reassuring. She remembered my preferences after only one visit and has taken note of it every time. She is always on time and ready for me when I arrive. I have one negative comment about the place, which is not related to any of the women who work there but mainly as a business on how it operates which is why I am giving it 4 stars. There's a bit of inconsistency with staff retention. I used to have my brows done by Durga, who was fantastic. And before that, I was with someone else. It is a bit of a letdown when she suddenly she wasn't there anymore. While transitions like these are understandable in any business, I feel that if there was notice it would be better so that I can discuss my preferences with the new person beforehand. or I would have liked it if Durga gave the new person notes on my preferences. I also feel like there is a bit of random answering when people are gone, it seems to always be that they are on extended vacations but they really don't come back so I was unsure whether to start with someone new or wait. I've came here twice to get my eyebrow and lip threaded, and had a great experience both times! My latest threader was Pooja and she's amazing! She's quick, yet thorough. She kept my eyebrows thick and maintained my shape as requested. She's also very gentle and the process was pretty painless (IMO). The other threader I had was Rabina, and she was super sweet and left me with great brows as well. Super easy to make an appointment online through Yelp. Before you go in, be sure to fill out the COVID questionnaire. Onto the experience! Everyone was nicely spaced out in the salon and Rabina was ready for me right away. She asked what I wanted (maintain shape and thickness) and went to work. This was one of the less painful experiences I've had with threading. 15 minutes later, my brows were done! I will never go back to Rabina! I had booked with her pure based on availability and had one of the ugliest eyebrow shapes I've ever had in my ~10 years of consistent eyebrow threading . She made my eyebrows look like square blocks on my face. Even my friend I've known for 11 years asked me why my eyebrows suddenly looked so weird when she saw me!!! Everyone else I've had my eyebrows done with at this location has been fine over the past few years. I usually just book with whoever is available but I will definitely start paying attention to who to rebook with from now on because of the ugly eyebrows I got from Rabina. Still my favorite place to get my eyebrows threaded. Shop is nice and clean, and there's usually a variety of people who are able to service you quickly. I do recommend making an appointment beforehand so your wait time is shorter, but they also accept walk ins if you have some time to wait. I don't have a favorite artist here, as all of them are rather good, or maybe I haven't encountered one I didn't like yet but I've also been here 10+ times so just some food for thought :) Do be aware the parking lot is a nightmare and most of the spots are compact spots. I used to go here, but they raised their prices based on timing. Additionally, their appointments are booked in 5 minute increments so if you're even slightly late they can't take you in. On the other hand if they're behind, you have to wait until the person you booked is free. I LOVED Amrita and Pooja, but they're both no longer there. I tried to book with others, but did not always like my eyebrows afterwards. Luckily, I was able to find Amrita on Yelp with Amrita Kaur Makeovers and her prices are cheaper and she's really flexible. read more

My caterpillar eyebrows were due for a clean up so I booked an appointment through Yelp for this place. I arrived several minutes before my appointment at 5:05 to the front desk on the phone and the ladies all busy threading. I wasn't greeted so I stood there awkwardly for a couple minutes until I was noticed and took a seat. I wasn't seated till about 5:15 for my appointment. I booked with Pooja and she did a great job asking what I wanted to do with my eyebrows. She began threading my eyebrows and I started to make a sour face expecting the excruciating pain I had felt the first time I threaded my eyebrows but NO! I felt a mild pull as she thread my eyebrows. No watery eyes!! I also did my upper lip. My appointment took about 20 minutes for eyebrow and upper lip. At the end she asked if I wanted Aloe Vera and I said yes! The soothing cold feeling was gently glided through my eyebrows and upper lip. I paid with a card and asked if I could tip on the card and she stated cash was better. My overall experience was good because Pooja was attentive to my eyebrow needs. They raised the prices (effective 2019) by a few bucks but it's honestly worth it cause they are amazing! I book my appointment through Yelp, super easy. I get a confirmation e-mailed and text. Plus I don't have to check-in when I come (they make you write your info if you're a walk-in). I would suggest booking because they do get busy and depending on which technician you want, they might not be able to take you in. I've seen walk-ins leave because the person she wants to do her eyebrows is booked all day. My girl Dugra is meticulous and that is what I love about her. She will slaaaaaay those brows. Even when I think it looks great, she notices the little things. Every detail matters. Sometimes she makes me sit up to look at the mirror (so she can see the shape of my brows) and I think it looks fine but then she'll see one strand of hair that she missed and she'll make me sick back down to pluck it out. She really takes her time and gives you what you want. The parking lot is huge and parking wont be a problem. I've been coming here for years and there's no going back! This was my first time at this threading salon and after getting my brows done here I'm making a commitment to never go to a different salon again! I booked my appointment with Pooja through Yelp Friday morning for a same day afternoon appointment and was confirmed within minutes. I showed up 15 minutes early as they ask and was seen 5 minutes after arriving. Pooja did SUCH a great job in both asking me how I would like my brows done and just with the threading itself. I don't have much eyebrow hair to begin with so I asked she keep it as thick as possible and she did just that! It also somehow hurt so much less than when I've gotten my brows done elsewhere. I got my upper lip done as well and that did hurt a little bit more but was definitely nothing unbearable. She got all of my stray hairs for both brows and upper lip and gave me recommendations for my brow shape as well! Great service. The total came out to $17 before tip which is not bad at all for both brows and upper lip. This place is fantastic! read more
