I called my insurance company, and they referred me to a different company for a new windshield. I remember having replaced my windshield on a different car years ago. I called Aaron Glass and the cost was half as much! Spoke to Roxana, made the appointment and went in that afternoon. Victoria wrote the order when I walked in. Rodrigo and staff installed the new windshield. He warned me that in some cases, the plastic covering the frame on the side of the windshield can sometimes break or crack when removing he window. However, this did not occur, and the install was perfect!! Friendly staff, very fast and efficient. Excellent service! In and out in under an hour! It's been 2 and 1/2 months since the repair. Management please do better with training your receptionists. They give the customers unreliable and false information on pricing and then when asked to clarify they get offended because we, the customers, are asking for clear information. We are there seeking services to pay for, you're not providing free services, so the least that's expected is that receptionists are trained well on pricing and services offered. I would like to add that they should also get a training on providing quality customer service and not make faces or get offended when the customer is just trying to ask questions on services we are paying for but I understand that not everyone likes their job so I'll put that in the suggestion box for next time. I went online and requested a quote for a replacement windshield for my 2020 Subaru Outback. I was called back within 20 mins and the quote was better than any local quote. Sheena was pleasant and very helpful. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was immediately taken care of. To my surprise, Sheena took care of me and actually remembered talking to me earlier. She recommended that we not go with the calibration and wait to see if the windshield needed it. it took a while, but they accidentally broke the new window that they were putting in for $155, which is a GREAT price! They didn't have another new one in stock. SO they offered me to wait a bit longer to get NEW glass from the warehouse or they said they could put in a used glass for $85! I took the used glass option, and they put it in quickly and charged me $91 with the tax. Great deal! Also the reason I waited so long initially, is they operate on a first come first serve basis. So if you go there and there are a lot of people ahead of you then it takes longer. This place is clean, and has clean waiting rooms and bathrooms. Service was fast and at a great price! read more

Just came in for a simple window repair. While most of the staff is nice, and the repair was done quickly, I will never come here again, and neither should you. After the repair was completed, I noticed that they had accidentally damaged the upholstery on the door. Relatively minor, but something that would grow with wear and tear, so I brought it up. I am sure it was done at the shop, because I had eyes on the panel right before I brought it in, and the panel was fine. The boss, who called himself josh, proceeded to come out and be nothing but angry and rude. He tried to shout me down repeatedly, and show me security footage "proving" they couldn't have done it. Only problem was that the angle provided didn't even show the panel in question. When I kept insisting it happened during the repair, he got weird and physical. He got in my face more than once, and tried to undo the work to the car (already paid) when I tried to work things out with him. He refused return my keys for several minutes, and literally chest bumped into me while trying to get in my car to undo the repairs. This "man" is petulant, untrustworthy, and violent. It's one thing to be a bad business person who can't own up to something minor. It's another to act like he chose to act. Please avoid this establishment, for your own sake. read more

The guy at the tint shop still did the tint without being able to open the door. I went back to aarons to have my door fixed and they would not take responsibility saying the door had to open for the window to be tinted. Grace (part owner) disrespected my children and myself, read til the end. About 4 months ago I came in to AAron auto glass to change 4 windows, unfortunately at the time I was in a toxic relationship and my x thought it was better to take a hammer to my windows than to go to therapy. Anyways, Jokingly I asked if they had any "crazy X gf" discounts to which Grace replied I'll take the tax off $89 went from 1348 to 1265. Cool. The problem came when about 4 months later I went to the car wash on 42nd and western and went through the blow dryer I remember hearing a loud crack n thinking that blow dryer is really strong it had my hood wobbling bad. It wasn't til I went to park that I noticed the rear tinted window not broken like a hammer or brick would break a window but completely shattered and in place. So decided next morning, went to AAron and explain what happened. I'm a single parent and I had 2 of my kids w me sitting in the front seat of the car together for safety because I didn't want glass to hit them if I hit a bump. Got to AAron and tried explaining what happened however it didn't matter what I said Grace kept on discrediting my story. And basically calling me a liar. She said a rock hit the edge of the window and had a worker point out a stress crack on the edge. He quickly walked away when I started asking questions like how a small rock can shatter my whole window if it's my rear window? And if it hit the edge where is the damage to the trim? She said she's been doing this for a long time and she's seen all kinds of things. I was so frustrated that i raised my voice slightly never cussed or disrespected her at all just mad that she couldn't give me an actual reason that made sense. She than acted like she was going to walk alway or call someone and I calmed myself down and she said she could possible give me a discount. We went inside where my 2 children were at, she then said she can give it to me for the exact same price I had paid before. 325. And said I remember you, I gave you a great price, you asked for A CRAZY BABY MOMMA Discount, said that infront of my babies. The mother of my children had nothing to do with my windows at all. I couldn't believe the disrespect i literally got so angry that I started to tear up n couldn't even breath, because I never disrespect my children in any way n for a stranger to do so is crazy. I asked her not to talk like that infront of my children and she said you talked to me like that outside, I said but we are infront of my children and she gave me a face like she didn't care. I couldn't breath I had to walk outside to catch my breath and get my composure. I walked in tear eyed asked for my receipt got my babies and left. Normally reviews are love (5) or hate (1). Here I am with a 3. "Why?", I hear you ask. Well... I went to this location because it's closer to home, although my mechanic who I totally trust had recommended the Aaron's on Armitage (closer to them so they send the business there). Rather than shop around, I just went because this was an urgent thing. The rear window on my minivan was shattered and I was about to leave town. Ultimately, they replaced it and I thought the price of $240 for tinted glass and rear defogger was pretty reasonable. Now it gets weird. I was called into the shop when the tech couldn't open the hatch. I toggled the power locks a bunch and it wouldn't budge. So I began worrying about what I was gonna do when the tech said "But, for a tip, I'll fix it." Wut. Okay, so I made a trip to the atm and in the 5 minutes I was gone, he'd "fixed" the hatch. No idea what that was all about. Now that I'm home, I see that the plastic trim in the interior around the glass is not put back together correctly, and I can hear broken bits of glass rolling around now whenever I open and close the hatch. I'll probably have to pop that off and vacuum and then put it back correctly. Overall, I was whelmed. Three stars. read more

After a recent break-in, I needed a small piece of glass to be replaced on my rear passenger door. Aaron Auto Glass's price was low, but so was the quality of labor. Now onto the job: the sealant around the glass looked like someone had just pulled it out of a dumpster - torn up and faded. Clearly, this did not look good on a BMW that is in excellent condition. In fact, Aaron Auto Glass uses parts from junkyards, which they can confirm is true. When I told the mechanic that I was not satisfied with the job, he explained that the sealant came with the glass, so it's "not their problem." I was in no rush, so I asked him to wait outside while I called my mechanic for consultation. But instead he grabbed my keys, and rushed in to call the manager. The manager came out, red-faced, slammed the door, and peeled out, driving my car into his garage. He then ripped out the glass, leaving black, stinking glue around the edges of the windshield. Additionally, he managed to bend part of the rubber lining on the other, undamaged piece of the windshield. To top it all off, he got angry and barked at me: "You don't like it, go somewhere else!" When I asked him, "so you treat your employees like crap?" He replied a "Yes, that's what I do" and stormed out, mumbling something inaudible in Spanish. In summary, Aaron Auto Glass's service was worse than that which one would expect in the DMV. On top of that, my car is now in worse shape than it was when I entered the shop. The manager clearly needs anger management classes, and I feel very sorry for the people who work for him. If they can't get a small job done right, why would I ever again consider Aaron Auto Glass? Well if I ever want to revisit Soviet Russia, I know where to go. read more

We had a broken window for my dad's minivan and he couldn't remember where he had last gotten it fixed so I found this place via Yelp. We were quoted $60 and an hour on the phone. When we arrived, it was actually $62 ($2? Who cares?) and around 45 minutes of waiting? So all in all, it was a hit! There's a second waiting room so I got to watch whatever TV I wanted (thank you Law and Order!). I only wish there was some type of heat in the room. They have a 90 day warranty! read more

They lost my keys! So they lost my keys and had me waiting around for almost 45 minutes until I demanded to know what was gong on with my truck, since the initial wait time had come and gone. I was sent to the back to be told my keys were lost, and very nonchalantly told I probably have spares right ? So I should be ok. Wtf? So I should be ok with my keys possibly being on the hands of an employee who can potentially come to my home and garage and take anything since they have keys? Or take my truck ? They said they would call me if they keys turned up or would pay for them. I never received a call about the keys. I called this morning to be argued with and offered $25. I got my windshield replaced. When I took the tape off their was a gash on my car under the tape. I went back over there and asked for a manager. Melo came out and said he was the manger. He went to ask the guy that did it and said he told him it was an accident. So he covered it instead of letting me know the day he did it. AND guess what, Melo is NOT the manager. So he lied. This is not good business. Accidents happen, but you don't cover it expecting me not to see it. Had to waste my time and my gas to go back. Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I had a huge crack in my windshield that needed to be replaced ASAP. I was looking around at multiple places but they were all asking for outrageous prices. This place was recommended to me by friends and family and I'm so glad I called! They were very informative and quick. They got me in the same exact day and I was out within the hour! I have gotten 3 windows done by this place and figured they did such an amazing job since I am not a window expert so I wouldn't know what's a good job and what's a shit job. It has been a few years since I needed a window replacement. Any who, yesterday I went to get my windows tinted and I was told that the people who put on my back window did such a horrible job (or it was a used window) that they added so much silicone that is is leaking and peeping thru. Merely impossible to tint!!!! Immediately I called Aaron's auto glass and asked to speak with a manager. He asked for my Invoice number and of course I no longer have that due to the time of it being, he immediately caught an attitude and raised his voice at me. What luck! On this 20 degree, snowy weather, my power window decides to, literally, fall into the door. It had been stuck for more than a day and my MENSA ass decided to "help it along" by pulling it down while I hit the automated button. Lucky for me, the window dropped inside my door. With it being Sunday morning at 8am, I can confidently say that I was more than excited at the thought of driving down the road with the window down and the cold, brisk air and snow invading my personal space. I tried calling several locations in the area to see if anyone was open and how complicated the fix would be. Aaron's Auto Glass was the only business that answered. They explained that it would be $35 for the diagnosis plus parts. I was in and out in about an hour. There were no extra parts needed and I only ended up paying the $35. YAY!!!!!! I was impressed with the amount of customers who walked in. "Hmmm, they must really know their stuff" I thought. I liked the fact that they would give you a cone to place on the roof of the car so that the employees know which car is next. It keeps everything orderly. I also liked the fact that they would call you to the back to verify any problems/damage/defects on your car before they started working on it so as to avoid any mal accusations. This place is highly unprofessional. I had them replace a windshield. I was not satisfied with the service when I asked for the manager I was told "he's not here". However, from sitting down in their waiting area it was evident who the manager/owner was he came out himself a few times. It was obvious that he didn't want to see me or hear my feedback. If you're going to run a business you should be open to client feedback that's the responsibility of A MANAGER/OWNER to listen to your customers.
