Great, knowalagable and very skilled set of Techs work at this place. Been using EZ Auto for many years and always had them come out to my home or work far North. Always correct windows, as for my make and model there are over a dozen different. Their tint job is flawless and between family and self, we did a lot. Today, actually drove into the city and 10 prior opening there were 3 people already waiting. Within first hour already seen sever cars serviced, as some jobs are smaller than mine. I am being notified of all the findings, as Toyota dealership couldn't after pulling dashboard over 4 times that i know of Since April. As I've mentioned, knowalagable Techs. My glass on drivers side was in free fall after an attempted break in snapped the plastic part holding it in place. Basically i will need a regulator replacement on the sprinter which they can't do but they stabilized the window shut for me on mothers day when nobody else would help and that buys me time which i appreciate! They damaged my vehicle and was so rude about it. My interior lights,sunroof,car windows,radio is not working. And to think the issue I came in for was not fixed. Than you create a bigger issue. Honestly idk where to begin. So many things went wrong, and I keep getting the runaround. I brought my car in to get my windshield replaced. They had told me 2 hrs. Well, 2 turned into 5. Then, they didn't even fit the windshield properly because there was a rattling noise coming from my windshield that was not there previously. THEN, they covered the lense on my windshield with the tint so my Audi presense wasn't working and kept popping up on the dash stating sensor issue. AND THEN they didn't even put the windshield wipers back on correctly because the wipers were hitting my actual car instead of the windshield. So I took it back to get everything fixed. After waiting another hour they said they fixed the issue with the lense/sensor they covered. I then asked, what about the rattling noise? They said they didn't hear it. So I had them get in the car with me and drove it and they were like oh yeah I definitely hear it. Bring it back next week. So I come back AGAIN next week, was told 45 min...I waited 2.5 hours. Just for the windshield to STILL be rattling AND they put a whole new different wrong tint on the windshield. I called back to talk to the manager because at this point this is too much. I've been getting the run around ever since. It's been several days. So now I'm leaving this review. DO NOT GO HERE. It's not worth the hassle. read more

Some j....a..... broke my window on a Friday. These guys did a quick replacement job the next day on a Sat, but gasket around the window not replaced properly. Lots of wind noise. Going to my stand by A & A Auto in the West Loop the next time-if there is one. read more

My day started with the Police knocking on my door to show me that a vandal had thrown a brick through the rear windshield of our minivan. Ugh. I called Toyota for an estimate and was told $425 for the glass, $240 for the labor and 2-3 days to get it done. I called EZ Auto glass and was told they could have the glass by 3pm, install it in a couple hours and it would cost $155. Easy choice! What I didn't expect was that having a windshield replaced could be a pleasant experience (especially at the end of a lousy day). Everyone at EZ Auto was professional and the installation only took 55 minutes. They even did a great job vacuuming the shards of broken glass out of the interior. Trust me. Your search is over. You have arrived. EZ Auto Glass is *THE* place to get your auto glass needs taken care of. I woke up with a shattered front passenger window (here's a tip... don't keep a backpack on the front seat of your car overnight because someone might want to take it and will break your window to get at it. Errrrr!!) I am broke as broke can be so I called a handful of places because I had to get it fixed, but had to shop around to get the best price possible. EZ Auto Glass gave the best price and provided excellent service! I drove into the garage and was approached immediately without any wait. They started to work on my car within minutes of my arrival. EZ Auto Glass has a really comfortable waiting room that provides great wifi, a television and a comfortable couch to sit on, so I was able to watch some TV and look online while I waited. Then, in under an hour, I was told that my car was all fixed and ready to go. I was in and out of the place with a new window in under an hour! George, the owner, and Nelsi, the receptionist, could not have been nicer too. In fact, just as I was leaving, a street food vendor came into the garage and George was nice enough to treat me to a Mexican street corn! It doesn't get better than that! Went there to save a few bucks from a previous location i went for tints. Left them with bubbles and 1 window completely peeling off. Went back so they can fix the imperfections STILL left them with air bubbles. I guess you pay for what you get. Left my car doors full of glue or whatever chemicals they used. Don't go here if you wanna save some aggravation and frustration. The Receptionist is awesome though but the work is straight GARBAGE!!. read more

CRACKED WINDSHIELD. *gah* Whatta poor, injured Focus. It has suffered alot this past Chiberian winter, ya know? Commuting on 90 in snow, rain, snow, sleet, more snow. Ughhhhh. After calling around to a bunch of places, I got some pretty good quotes ($220 - $250). [Sidenote: Did you know that one place actually wanted to charge me $500+? WTF. I'm lookin' at YOU, Satellite Auto Glass!] However, the bf's car buddy suggested calling EZ Auto because that was his "go-to" for glass problems. We called and the man on the phone quoted us the ever-so-low price of $180. I'm in! The tricky thing about EZ Glass is that you have to enter through the alley and then proceed to honk or call to be let into the garage. The guy we talked to on the phone was super nice and friendly. He led us into the front room where even put a dvd on for us to watch while we waited. We opted to grab a bite to eat and a MERE 45 minutes later, there was brand new windshield on the car. LOVES. We were instructed to leave the tape on the windshield for 3 days and to not go through any car washes, either. While driving, I could hear the glass creaking, but the bf just told me that was the glass settling and all would be fine After 3 days, we took the tape off and the creaking DID stop! I waited a good 3 months to write this review just to see how the windshield was holding up. We've experienced no problems yet (*knock on wood*) and everything appears just as good as new! I thought it was a great option to do my tints on my car what happens is 35% on a 2017 model looks nice but here's the thing I noticed after a few days small bubbles but then looked closer and it's dust or some kind dirt on almost all the windows, I mean nobody is perfect but if your talking about business it's a No and No this is not professional it's just a regular shop as some people say "You get what you pay for " very disappointed :( read more

Had my front windshield replaced after a highway pebble hit it and created a 12 inch crack. I called about 5 different places. This place had the most reasonable price. It took them about an hour to hour and a half. It was no big deal, because they had a comfortable waiting room with a large tv and free wifi. Great experience. I completely shattered my back wind shield, because I'm an idiot. That aside, the next morning I called a few places to get some quotes. EZ gave me a quick quote over the phone and was the only one to offer me used parts at a discounted price. I'm poor, so I jumped on that. When I dropped off the car, I pointed out the large dent caused by the impact of me backing into a large crane on the street while totally sober... the gentleman said it's probably not a problem but he'd just take his time with it. Some other repair replace joints would have recommended I replace the back lift gate. I thanked him and was on my way home to get ready for work Not a moment after I got home, I got a phone call from EZ telling me my car was ready. Very quick! I went back to pick it up and it came with a warranty just in case anything was weird about it. I came here to get a repair for my broken Windshield. Prior to choosing this place I had went to a few others to get quotes. Other places were super expensive! I mean you would think I was getting a new car door or something lol. Anyway, this place fixed my windshield at a very reasonable cost! It was brand new and looked exactly like the one being replaced ( I have special little tints on the side etc). They had a little waiting room with a comfy couch. But if you didn't want to wait there they are located across from a strip mall so you could always go shopping lol. They fixed it under an hour and I was on my way. Great customer service, very timely and cost effective service. However there was slight damage to my vehicle from the removal of the window and I had to return to have the window changed because the first window did not have the rubber surround that my initial window came with and the tech tried to stuff rubber around the wrong window before presenting the replacement window that was ordered for me. For that reason my rating was lowered from a 4 to a 3 (because even though I had to go back to have the window changed there was no hassle about it until the tech tried to the the rubber stuffing) read more

This place was one of favorites I mean they try to do what they can the prices are reasonable but the fact how they work it's changing it looks like if you are a new customer you gonna get charged a lot more I paid a year ago $110 for a windshield wich was good and I came back unfortunately with the same car and I couldn't believe it they tried to charge me $145 plus tax this time. If you go there look for jorge he tries to help ,but if the other little man isn't being fair at prices I believe he is also the Owner his name is Eddie , one of the employees told me the part which is the glass is Chinese and cost $40 bucks ,good luck and be aware if you go there. read more
