They were here on the dot. The communication was outstanding. We walked through and looked at the rooms and they got started. An hour later, the work was completed in a very high-quality way. There were two spots on the carpet and both are gone. Could not recommend this team anymore than five stars, but if there were 10, I would give them 10 as well. Will definitely use them again!

However, after cleaning it looks so much richer and newer. The rug no longer has its funky odor from pets and kids. The job was finished much faster than estimated, however we did find that things took longer to dry than quoted. Everything was dry by the next day, however it probably took closer to 12-14 hours to get there, even with a fan blasting the furniture. All things considered, I'd definitely recommend this company and I expect to use them again in the future.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about M&R Premium Carpet Care. Our house is undergoing construction due to storm damage and one of the things we desperately wanted to do was have our carpets cleaned. I found a company and told them we have a certain period of time where we could have this done because I run a business out of my home. Long story short, I waited all day, long past the time frame that they gave me for when they would show up, and they never did. I was frantic and my daughter quickly went online and found M&R and they were able to come within a few days and clean our carpets. I have high expectations because I run a business and I keep my home very tidy. Well they exceeded my expectations, and I almost never say that. Not only were my carpets brand new looking, but James and his business partner were so professional and kind and beyond willing to do the best job they could do. I feel so blessed to have found them and will recommend them to everyone I know and will be using them for all my future carpet needs. I have to add that they also cleaned my tiles in our kitchen with the grout and outside tiles on our deck and made them look new to match our new tiling in our entrance way. Great job. Thoroughly cleaned my sectional, ottoman, 2 rugs and master bedroom carpet. I researched about 5 local cleaners and M&R had the best price for furniture cleaning. The carpet cleaning was the same prices of most cleaners but the upholstery cleaning was by far the best deal. Will continue to use M&H for all of future cleaning needs. FYI, they do it all as well including tile, wood floors and windows. Next up for us will be windows. read more

We asked Ruiz Premium Carpet Cleaning to clean three rooms and a hallway. We have white carpets. After cleaning all the spots, including dog spots from a visiting dog, the carpets were beautiful.
