Finding a responsible contractor with integrity is important - I had furniture, floors and carpet cleaned. But my carpet got damaged in the process of cleaning, and as someone who does carpentry over 15 years, I can say this could have happened to anyone.. I wasn't happy about it but I understand stuff sometimes happen. However Pavlin recognized the error and was very reasonable and fair to work through the process. We reached out to Master's Touch to get a quote and we received a response very quickly. We wanted to get our sofa set and two rugs cleaned. We have two dogs and board dogs so you can only imagine what our rugs (8x11 and 5x7) and sofa set looked like! Quote was very reasonable. We made an appointment and waited patiently. It has been awhile since these carpets have been cleaned, but he managed to get out all the little stains it has picked up since the last cleaning. Afterward he also stuck around to have a 5 min chat on how to best maintain the finish, air quality of carpets vs wooden floors, and different types of carpet fibers. What an expert! Pro tip: in the wintertime, pick two consecutive days of sun to do the cleaning and try to finish it by noon so as to open all windows and air out a bit. oh my! where have this company been all of my life? So ever since i moved in my home 6 years ago, i never got the chance to carpet and tile clean the entire house. Pavlin offers reasonable prices and is honest in his measurements. He was highly communicative in where he will be and what he will be doing. He went above and beyond by helping move light furniture around to be able to get under it. I thought that was impressive because most companies would not do that. What i thought was great about the service was that he suggested how i can fix my burn mark on my carpet. I didn't think to fix it the way he suggested. Great tips! Short Story: An affordable place to clean your house's carpet! Long Story: I recently moved into a new place and wanted to get the carpet cleaned. Although the carpet was not too dirty and the fiber was not too dense (so I could have just rented a carpet cleaner myself). But I still was too lazy...lol and I wanted it done professionally. I called several places and Master Touch was the best overall. It had the best price along with other high quality reviews. Their prices are per step, per room, and per areas (like hallways). I had a three bedroom, 3 floor place, and 2 hallways with the total coming to $160 (or something close). I was satisfied with their level of service and the cleanliness. Although since the carpet was not that dirty to begin with, I cannot definitively say it was a night and day difference. But I would still recommend them to anyone. After calling around and either not being satisfied with the quotes provided for the amount of work or with the estimate given, I came across Master's Touch and appreciated their professionalism and transparency about what may or may not be included in the work and price. The important thing...I knew beforehand. Once Pavlin and his team showed up, they were friendly, professional and very thorough. They made a point to wear a mask throughout the service, which is an important detail during these times. Due to personal health concerns, had my wife seen him without a mask, she would've asked him to leave. Glad that did not happen. He completed his service quickly but it was not at the sacrifice of the service., which was helpful given I was on conference calls. However, he told me that the stains by the bathroom was all gone, but when it dried up, it was still there. I also needed this service done because there was a juice spill in my living room. They do not remove any "red" stains and only "black" stains. - in other words, dirt only. I would recommend them only if you want to remove dirt from your carpet, but not for anything else. read more
