Been using thi company for 15 years. This is the ONLY carpet cleaning company you should use. I don't remember how I initially found Rodrigo, but my guess is it was through Yelp. I use Rodrigo when I have a new renter and every time I look at the carpet, I think, ugh, it's probably time for new carpet, but they always do such a good job; it looks brand spankin' new. On this last visit, I was sure they would not be able to get rid of some of the high traffic area stains but to my surprise, it looked new again. They tackle any area with carpet. I forgot about my closets but they cleaned those too. AND, they even left some disposable booties for me, just in case I needed some. Best of all, they are pretty affordable. BTW, shout out to Brian who is Rodrigo's son. He helped with my house this time, along with his brother whose name I didn't get. What a great family to work with. read more

Today Rodrigo Sr. came and cleaned the carpets in my fifth floor condo. He had come three days ago to see how that could be accomplished. He brought a truck with a self-contained water tank and ran the hoses from that truck up the side of the building, over the deck railing and into my condo. Rodrigo is professional, respectful, and efficient. His price is reasonable and my carpets are beautifully clean. I used this company to clean my sectional, two West Elm chairs, and a couch and their price was the most reasonable of the 4-5 companies I contacted. I appreciated them calling ahead of time to let me know that they were running a bit late and the owner is really responsive. They did a great job and took out a 2-year old stain. One thing to note is that you should definitely emphasize which parts needed cleaning so they could really focus on that. I neglected to tell them that one chair had dog hair all over it so there was still some dog hair that I found after they left (they did asked me to inspect the work so it was my miss that I didn't realize it until after the fact).
