From our first minute I knew my home was about to undergo a super clean carpet refresh. Our stairs are back to being brand new. Our sectional sofa is also back to new. Rodrigo is wonderful. Been using thi company for 15 years. This is the ONLY carpet cleaning company you should use. I don't remember how I initially found Rodrigo, but my guess is it was through Yelp. I use Rodrigo when I have a new renter and every time I look at the carpet, I think, ugh, it's probably time for new carpet, but they always do such a good job; it looks brand spankin' new. On this last visit, I was sure they would not be able to get rid of some of the high traffic area stains but to my surprise, it looked new again. They tackle any area with carpet. I forgot about my closets but they cleaned those too. AND, they even left some disposable booties for me, just in case I needed some. Best of all, they are pretty affordable. I initially sent a request through Yelp because I dislike phone calls (lol), but didn't receive a follow up. After a few days of waiting, I decided to call and I was able to get an estimate and set an appointment within 5 minutes! Lesson learned: just call! I requested carpet cleaning for my 2 bedroom apartment. Rodrigo came with his sister and they were super friendly and efficient. They managed to clean our carpets within an hour! Today Rodrigo Sr. came and cleaned the carpets in my fifth floor condo. He had come three days ago to see how that could be accomplished. He brought a truck with a self-contained water tank and ran the hoses from that truck up the side of the building, over the deck railing and into my condo. I mean, they have 5 stars for a reason right? I was able to ask questions and got straight forward to the point replies as I like so I decided to go with these guys. I used this company to clean my sectional, two West Elm chairs, and a couch and their price was the most reasonable of the 4-5 companies I contacted. I appreciated them calling ahead of time to let me know that they were running a bit late and the owner is really responsive. They did a great job and took out a 2-year old stain. One thing to note is that you should definitely emphasize which parts needed cleaning so they could really focus on that. I neglected to tell them that one chair had dog hair all over it so there was still some dog hair that I found after they left (they did asked me to inspect the work so it was my miss that I didn't realize it until after the fact). Overall, I would use them again as I think they're honest and do great work. read more

I really wanted to like them. The first time they came out to clean my carpet, they did an OK job.. not great, but OK. My carpet didn't feel clean nor did it smell good... but Rodrigo was nice. So, OK. I had a patch on my carpet where my dog pee'd on, Rodrigo advised to replace the carpet to remove the smell. Rodrigo was very nice, purchased new carpet and came back to help me replace it. However, now this is the bad part... he was pretty messy and left a lot of loose carpet and dirt on my floor.. didn't clean it. Then after he left I realized he was cutting carpet in my garage and didn't clean it either. I spent an hour sweeping and vacuuming after he left. Then a few days later when I went to throw garbage, I realized he filled my garbage bin with my old carpet and paddding and he didn't even tell me about it! I've had work done at my house and they always cleaned up and took away their garbage. Rodrigo is very nice... but very messy! read more
