Sad. At any rate, these guys came right away, put on those shoe covers over their shoes (even tho I told them that wasn't necessary!) and got me my new modern lock in less time than it took for me to feed my dogs and get them to do their business (both #1 And #2). I spoke to Chris who I think was one of the managers and he was as honest as they come. Really went way above and beyond for the service expected from a lock and keys place.
