They had some very nice sets and one was just what I had been looking for at a very good price. So I bought the full set and was surprised when told that local delivery was free . Sales staff were very friendly and most helpful. This morning our furniture was delivered early, and everything was great. The 2 delivery men were most efficient and very helpful. We are more then pleased with our purchase and the service we received and only wish we had tried this store years ago. We will certainly be returning in the future and telling our friends about this great store.

Very shady business. The owner is aggressive and changes his mind a lot. He kept saying things that…read moredidn't make sense, like he sells the couch we wanted for 3000+, but offered to us for 2100 because the guy he gets his merchandise from owed him money? Eventually he pressured us into buying it, saying he would raise the price if we didn't make a deposit on the spot. It arrived the wrong shape and didn't fit our living room. We decided to swallow the hefty return fee and send it back. He refused. At one point he even tried to take the couch and keep our money. Then he threatened to call the cops if we didn't pay the delivery fee. Eventually he agreed to honor the return and said he would come back. Turns out he was just trying to get rid of us. He called back to say I'd have to take him to court or leave him alone. I should have trusted my gut and stayed away. So should you.

I spent over three years researching and searching for the BEST company to create my environment. I am glad I found Westend and learned of their high standards. I have seen their work on showrooms of distinguished retailers. I believe I got the top of the line. I was looking for custom furniture on our relaxing side of the deck. With a custom exotic frame on bench, my requirements were to have single cushions for the entire lenght. Also, 8" bottom cushion and triangular back cushion. After reviewing my request Lupe advised me on details I miss calculated for the final appearance. (Very grateful for that). Also, I asked them for delivering the cushions in an impossibly short time to northern California, for a gathering I had that weekend. Noely assured me that "nothing is impossible at Westend"! There were four workers sitting there, playing on their phone and also walking around, purposely walking away from me as I got close. I finally got to ask someone for some help and realized I don't want them to earn commission if they do earn any. Maybe I'll purchase online, but that was a horrible experience last time as well. Have you ever looked at pics of yourself that are old and realize you still have those clothes? Same clothes in all the pics. The people who work here are super sweet! Apparently, on the last Friday of every month they have a $2.00 sale of all clothing except the boutique items. I am so happy! I am about to go home and donate half of my clothing... I buy an item... I get rid of an item. Kinda like chicken math lol . This is also a fundraising event for school kids so there is that also. Come out and support by either spending or donations.
