It's a very unassuming location so I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in. The produce is the first section you walk into as you enter so that was good because I didn't have to go searching for the deals. Everything I wanted was still in stock and I found a few extra treats that weren't on the list at great prices(ex. 7.5oz Wholly Guacamole bowls for $1 each-a steal!) I ended up buying blackberries, raspberries, Vidalia onions, zucchini, squash, Cincinnati Reds peanuts, spring mix and arugula and my total was less than $16. The deal is that everything is probably close to their "best by" date but for such a low price I can afford to "use em or lose em". I browsed around the store to see what else they had and I may have to check out some of their clothing next time because it looked like some good deals to be had in that area as well. When they arrived, I confirmed and allowed the work to begin. After it was done, I was told it would now be $320 plus a $48.15 trip charge. Since I verbally requested a price before services were done and were quoted the price they gave me, I should not be asked to pay the additional fees they added. This is a clear violation of bait and switch. The seller should clarify the price when a customer inquires about service and price. After I reached out to customer service, they quickly told me the price and asked me to send the quoted price to them. They are trying to scam people by making them believe they are cheaper until the service is done. Local pool places near me had a better price, but Leslie said they could match, and they were wrong. I request that the agreed-upon price be honored, or I am left with no option but to take this to court and allow a judge to preside over the case. I am tired of these companies deceiving customers with lowball offers and then jacking up the price.

We called around to several places and most closed at 1 or 3 pm. This location was open until 6 pm, according to their website, so we called to check on the availability of a replacement burner. They were sure they had one, but asked that we bring the broken piece. We were informed that they were open until 5 pm instead of 6. We hustled out the door at 4:40 and called on the way to let them know we might be late. I was beyond pleased with the fact that they were willing to wait for us, and we pulled in about 7 minutes after 5. Sure enough, not only did they have one, but it was better than the one we were replacing, and only $30. We were able to install the new part and cook our pizza within an hour of returning home. Terry Haynes, the owner is to be commended for his personal service and dedication. My Kenmore washing machine got sick....filled with water but wouldn't run. I got on the internet, as the YP don't really work efficiently any longer, found some companies and made a few calls. Terry by far and away stood out above the rest.....not only did he completely understand the likely problem (and told me ahead of time of the probable cause), he offered a prompt appointment day/time and quoted me his fee structure for repair. Terry called ahead of the appt, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem (the one of three mentioned on the phone), and fixed it within minutes. He could have easily tried to sell me the actual part that broke (the lid switch) which would have been $50+ above the service call but instead said...."if it were me I'd just bypass it because it will fail again and it's only a minor safety feature".....it's actually helpful in my opinion to be able to open the lid and see how it agitates.....I can stop it just by pausing the cycle buttons. Honest and forthright.....he left the decision to me. Additionally, Terry said if I ever had questions about other issues he gladly accept my call and help me over the phone......no third party without knowledge, no Indian call center.....the actual guy doing the repair looking to improve his service. I'm frankly a little concerned about making this review because my guess is that he'll start to become more successful because of it and I may lose a good contractor because of his company's growth, good attitude and business practices. He went by and gave me a quote of 695 dollars to fix it. Said I had to pay in advance because he had to buy parts and there is no refund. So I paid him and when we initially talked he said about 2 weeks parts will be in and we'd be in touch. 2 weeks I reach out he said he hadn't heard anything yet. Month goes by I again reach out again says only half the parts have came in but he will check. 6 weeks goes by I reach out, just waiting on 1 valve he says. Then he ghosts me for months at a time says "I'm on vacation I'll check when I get back" 78 days after I paid him he says "Yes, I will be refunding your money back. Because I checked with the warehouse and they ordered the wrong parts. I apologize for all the delay in hassle you had to go through." I have requested through Venmo from him multiple times with no response. That was 14 days ago and he hasn't responded to any of my text. I have been very respectful and just want my money back for services not rendered.

I called four other appliance parts stores looking for a washing machine drain pump. No one had it…read morein stock. It could come in anywhere from one day to 3 weeks. Prices were $123 up to $187. I called All Appliance Parts and they had one in stock for $59. He said to bring in my old pump to test it. He said he didn't want to sell me something that I didn't need. He tested it right there and showed me the odd noise showing that the pump had failed. Not only did he have the right part, in stock, at the best price, he gave me a military discount on top of that. I got home and installed the new pump and it's working just fine. I just found my new favorite appliance parts store!
