But I'm glad I took the chance, and after using their services, I understand exactly why they have 5 stars! First, their hourly prices are competitive. But more importantly, their attention to detail and results were more than I could've expected! They work fast- they did a deep clean of my (approx) 1000 sqft 2 bed/2 bath apartment in 4 hours. Even though my apartment wasn't aggressively dirty, I hadn't swept or wiped up any dust in several weeks, my balcony glass was dirty with water spots when I moved in, and my bathrooms needed some TLC. I left them to go run a couple errands and they called me before I could get back to tell me they were done. Which was perfect because I was budgeting for no more than 4 hours. But more surprising was how much they cleaned in that time. They went above and beyond and did things I would've never expected- it wasn't just standard dusting, mopping, scrubbing. They MADE MY BED, organized stuff that was scattered on countertops, FOLDED ALL MY LAUNDRY, put away my shoes, dusted every shelf of every piece of furniture (and I have a lot of furniture), CLEANED THE COUPLE OF DISHES IN THE SINK, put stuff away in cabinets for me, and the list goes on. For reference, a few months ago, I hired a different cleaning service for an apartment move-out. There was nothing left in my old apartment which was only 750 sqft 1 bed/1bath. All that company had to do was basic cleaning, and they took 3 hours, which really annoyed me because I felt like they were taking advantage of the clock to fluff up their bill. The total bill from that company to clean a small empty apartment, was virtually the same as what I just paid Cleaner Blue & White to clean a big apartment full of stuff. And that other company didn't do nearly as much as Cleaners Blue & White, nor were there anywhere near as many cleaning tasks for them to do. I will definitely be using Cleaners Blue and White for all my future cleaning needs, and recommending them to everyone I know!

It was a nightmare, I spent 5 hours with a wet rag and Oxyclean and kind of got some of it out but my couches became discolored with water marks. I originally booked another company the day before but didn't feel 100% confident so I looked on Yelp and found Titan Steam Cleaning, I looked at his before and after photo of couches he's worked on, looked at his reviews (the filtered ones at the bottom too) and felt confident that he could fix my discoloration issue and hoped that he could get more of the Sharpie marks out but wouldn't be surprised if it didn't come off cos that stuff is strong. Jonathan took a little over two hours to complete the job and it was like magic. My couches were back to normal, i was so so happy i kept walking by to look at my couches. He took his time and was informative about what to use next time instead of Oxyclean and his steam clean process. The photos of the discoloration doesn't look too bad but in person it was very noticeable. His results exceeded my expectations and we are beyond happy we found Jonathan at Titan Steam Cleaning and will refer him to all of our friends and family.
