Never again!! After calling around a few places, I was quoted $79.99 for a basic cleaning of a 3-seat sofa. I've been bait and switched in the past, so I asked if there was a number I can send a photo of the sofa to confirm that I would not be quoted more upon arrival. The woman who answers inquiries gave me a phone number. I messaged multiple times with photos of my couch, and only received an accidental response "butt text" and then nothing again. I called her back to confirm, and she promised that I would not be quoted more than $79.99. When the cleaner arrived, he told me that the sofa was linen (it was actually a cotton blend that looks like linen but I didn't figure that out until later), and that he would have to be careful spraying too much water so it wouldn't damage. He also noted that certain stains on the cushions could not come out, which I totally understood and expected. He proceeds to do a light zig zag motion across the couch for less than 3 minutes and then asks me to come take a look. I just watched him put 15% energy on the couch, while simultaneously texting on his phone, and then ask me if it was good? I was in total shock. Let me be clear...a single zig-zag motion across the whole couch + 3 cushions meant that all the dry space in between was NOT EVEN TOUCHED. Yes, he literally touched 1/3 of the couch with his spray nozzle and then said he was finished. When I brought attention to this, he said he told me that he would have to put light water since the couch was linen. But this wasn't just light water, it was literally only touching smalls parts of the couch and then completely ignoring the rest. As if that solution was supposed to magically spread to the dry/untouched places. I asked him to go over the entire couch again, covering the dry spots he hadn't touched before and to get the back of the sofa which he hadn't even attempted. He was receptive and did so kindly. But not before spraying water all over my kitchen floor, marking the floor up with dirty shoes and then asking me for a towel to clean it up. The only reason I gave this two stars, instead if one, is because the cleaner wasn't rude and there were two spots on the couch where dirty fingerprints had been and he got them out. Also because the woman who answers their inquiries was kind and honest, they did not in fact charge me more. This company is extremely unprofessional and has no integrity. I cannot believe they can get away with charging for this service. I understand that it's only $80, but that's still hard-earned money. Besides the dirty fingerprints (that were surficial and had only just happened at delivery a few days ago) my couch looks exactly the same and costed me $80. I would not recommend anyone spends their money at this place. read more

I NEVER received my rug back after they picked it up from my house. I have called probably about 30 Times asking to speak to a manager and they said they would give me a call back. STAY AWAY!! I was quoted $1 per square foot for an oriental rug that was 10' x 6'. I asked if I could have it cleaned off site as it was in storage for 6 years. The gentlemen told me he would come to pick it up in 10 to 20 minutes. 1 hour later he shows up and tells me it will cost $200 (which i thought was a bit much) so I opted for the $60 at home cleaning. The next day he shows up and cleans the rug (10 minutes total time including set up) and then gives me an invoice for $100. What happened to the $60 from the day before? I refused to pay more than $60. He changed the cost to $60 and left. I will say the guy who came (David) was a real nice guy, but $100 for a 10' x 6' rug is not worth it. Never Again! read more

Amazing work. I had two couches a rug needed a deep cleaning. Green cleaning solutions was the company that came thru for me. making it so I had one less thing to worry about. they cleaned it all and made the couches look like brand new, the rug looked way better than before it has gone thru some pretty tough years but has managed to still make it at the end of the day. Horrendous service!!!! AVOID it!!!!! They are lazy and they lie! The guy from Israel (don't remember his name) left the coach half dirty stating it was clean after he was cleaning 10 minutes and that the spots didn't go away. I insisted on trying to remove the spots, he was arguing stating that it was not possible to do that but finally tried in front of me and the spots were removed easily. So, I began literally pointing at numerous other spots and was controlling him so that he would do his minimal job. Also beware of the price fraud- they quote $59 for cleaning a sofa and a free quote and when they come, they trick you into "regular foam cleaning" $135 and "deep cleaning" $235 choice game (they count differences in procedures but I saw his work- it's just a regular foam cleaning; I asked where is the difference- he said this time a totally different story "we use different chemicals for a deep cleaning "). They make a "discount" and do "deep cleaning" for $150 but it's not even regular cleaning because there were spots all over the coach which I insisted him to remove and it was easily removed. And they don't clean after themselves!!!! The water and soap was everywhere!!!! I asked him to clean and he said give me a towel. Looking at his lazy and horrendous work, I decided to do it myself. They quote one price over the phone and once at your place with their equipment in your house they will tell you its going to cost much higher than the original price. THE JOB WAS DONE POORLY! Israel and another very young boy arrived at my house. The young boy who didn't seem to know what he was doing started cleaning the kids room. At the very beginning i saw that none of the spots were removed, so i asked the guy are you going to treat the stains and get them off later or what is your plan? He replied yes, meaning they will treat the stains. So i sure that's what they will do. The young boy finishes the whole apartment and it looks no different from what it looked before. I was thinking that maybe the first step and by the time they finish it will be clean. I was wrong. Israel, who was standing outside on the phone the entire time, walks in and says they are done. The guy was nice but the price went way up once he got here. For the job he did it was overpriced by about 50 dollars. Asked for steam cleaning, which is supposed to dry faster. Why 6 to 7 hours? This service was a surprise for me. I called for the $39 holiday 1 room special but I knew my carpet was far to filthy for this service but I gave it a shot. The service technician who came out "Itai" was very pleasant and professional and although I ended up spending more (as I knew I would $100) I was happy with the results. I hadn't had my carpet cleaned for 3 years since my brother passed away (he owned his own business) so my carpet was in seriously bad condition. Absolutely the worst! A crew came to clean our sofa. I had been quoted 79+ depending on the condition. I had specifically asked about one pet stain in particular, and they told me how much extra that would be, and I said that was fine. (I expected to pay extra for pet stain/fur) They cleaned the sofa and I was working in my office at the time, I came out and briefly looked over the sofa when they were done. It still had dog hair on it and I asked if they were not able to get that while it was still wet. They told me to get it with a brush, once it was dry- seemed weird, but I said ok, and paid them and went back to work. Later that evening, when my husband got home he turned over the cushion to look more closely and NO PART of the underneath of the cushions or sofa base had been cleaned. It even had a few wrappers still there, so they obviously had not even touched it. Dog hair, dust, etc. still there, AND the stain that I had specifically asked about was still on one of the cushions- it had just been turned over!! So I basically paid $200 for them to clean the top cushions of the sofa that were facing up and nothing else. When I called their customer service tonight and explained our situation and asked to speak to a manager, they didn't even apologize, or sound concerned in the least, and said someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours, but they couldn't tell me when, and didn't seem to care about that either. We had the sofa cleaned for an event we are having tomorrow. Beyond frustrated. Also really wishing I had looked at every inch of it while they were there- please do this if you use them! On top of that the cleaners called me to arrive 1 hour before my appointment time, while I was on the phone for work, and repeatedly called and texted me. It was incredibly rude. They seemed to not know when the appointment was, and couldn't just wait for me to call back after leaving a message. This was not a deal breaker- but was just odd and annoying on top of everything else. Good company good people. They did a nice job. They tried their best to get rid of most of the stains we had on our carpet. I would recommend them to anyone. Some stubborn spots are mostly gone.
