The few times they were in my house not there for my hot water tank would always remind me about my tank Again the tank wasn't acting up at all. I now have a tank i didnt need yet and its so loud to the point i want it replaced. In addition ive had problems with a ejection pump purchased by them and though past the warranty the pump just isnt used much. This plumber was quick again to sell another 900$ pump. Currently after speaking with another plumber they thought it was from lack of use. It just seemed like the pump was fine once u touched the pipe. So i was woken 3 times in 3 weeks at 2am because of water in my furnace room. Thank god for my ring ( puck). Now im following another plumbers suggestion to just flush the toilet every day or two so the hard water dont cause the pump to get sticky from hard water ect. It apoeared the water conditioner went thru its cycle a few nights ago and the pump worked as it should. So i will continue the other plumbers suggestion. If this continues to work that does again tell me that spring grove plumbing instead of offering such an idea to resolve the issue wanted you sell another pump i may not need let alone cant afford. I sure hope this simple flushing daily gets the pump back to its workin ways. By the way this other plumber hasnt ever done work in my home. He was just a nice man who tried to help without taking money from me. So there it is folks. Will see how it goes.
