I started communicating with Mike on 7-03-18 about a couple of projects, i.e., replacement of roof fans & reattachment of a piece of siding. After a few days he provided a quote for both projects. Within that quote he said that I had to purchase a couple of replacement fans, about $425. After the fans arrived I called him, it took a while for him to respond as he said he was recovering from an injury but would follow up with me in a couple of weeks. He requested that I not go with someone else that he would do a great job for waiting so long. After 3 weeks of no response to emails and texts, I finally reached him and he set a date of Monday, 10-15-18 at 4 pm to come and finish the project. He never showed up and has not responded to any attempts to reach him. So I don't know if he does a good or bad job but based on this experience I would suggest everyone to stay away from this guy. It's cost me so far over $425 with no light at the end of this tunnel. Now I have to find someone else but I've wasted over 3 months waiting on the guy who obviously is not great at business.
