My neighbors suggested that the best option was to remove my water heater with a tankless and then to install the washer/dryer. Visit 1 completed the tankless install in 1 day. Visit 2 involved washer/dryer hookups and drilling yet another vent hole through 12inches of exterior brick. He also had to reroute a number of pipes to make room for the appliances. Dale and company were professional, and respectful of my property... cleaning up after themselves as they went. A few weeks later, my exhaustively spec'd and measured appliances were installed w/o issue and fit like a glove! I'm now running my dishwasher, doing a load of laundry and taking a shower at the same time just to test my tankless water heater. It wins every time. I've already seen mucho savings on my gas bill even though i've added another appliance. I'm so proud of how well this project turned out. Towards the end of the window on Monday for them to show they called and said they wouldn't be able to make it because they were dealing with so many peoples frozen pipes and they rescheduled for Tuesday. Jeremy arrived a little after 5pm on Tuesday. The quote to replace a pressure valve was $846....a job that probably took all of 20 minutes. I'm inpatient and really didn't want to mess around with calling other plumbers to get quotes so we just had Jeremy do the work. He did a great job and was very nice and respectful of our home. That said I believe what we were charged was ridiculous so I will not be using Duane Blanton again.
