Outstanding service and communication. Owner is Dmitrii. We were assigned AB Appliance by our home warranty company. In the past the HWC assigned less than stellar repair services but not this time.....we were fortunate to be assigned to AB Appliance. Frequent and timely communication from the get go throughout the entire repair process was outstanding. We have a Miele dishwasher with a fault code related to water pressure or some such thing. First visit for the diagnosis was very timely, I think 2-3 days after filing a claim. Then about a week or so for the part to come in and follow up by Dmitrii to come to install it. He just left and was here about 1.5 - 2 hours as the dishwasher had to be pulled out, put on its side, put back and fully tested. A new drip sound appeared when the unit was running and he stayed to check it out, ensuring there were no leaks or drips under the sink. We determined it was a standard sound the unit makes when it's draining (we run it at night so not around it at 2am). He left the area he was working in as clean as he found it. Incredibly nice, pleasant young man who is very knowledgeable about appliance repair. I highly recommend him (you won't be disappointed) and we will definitely look to use him again in the future. read more

I had a problem with my drier, I found AB Appliance here and asked about help. Dmitrii was extremely on time and solved my problem. He fix it same day, without delay. He replaced some small rolls and belt, and I haven't huge noise now. So it wasn't so expensive because he works by himself without any third parties. This is probably the fastest repair of my appliance. And i didn't expect that they will come on Sunday. Also it was for the perfect price. I have my dryer on top of washing machine, all others told me that we are going to take the dryer off the washer to do ANY repairs, but he disassembled the washer in 15 minuets with dryer on it. Absolutely recommend and will use AB for any appliance service I will need in the future. read more

My home warranty sent me AB Appliance to come fix my dryer after we reported problems of it not working to dry clothes (after an hour of drying) as well as discoloration of brand new white towels we bought that we thought the dryer actually burned. The technician came over, tested the dryer for about 10 minutes, told me everything was fine and then when I showed him the discoloration he told me it was "from rust on the washing machine" and that I needed to clean it and left. Total of 15 minutes, nothing changed. Well, I completely cleaned my washer and dryer, and low and behold its still staining my clothes and towels and not fully drying them. Sometimes I have to dry it twice! The technician obviously just wanted to go home and didn't actually care to check what was wrong with it and basically told me to "fix it myself". Recently My Built in GE Monogram Side by Side Refrigerator stopped cooling on both sides. I called my home owners insurance Fidelity National Home Warranty. They assigned my job to STAR Appliance when they called me they scheduled my initial appointment 9 day out and couldnt come out any sooner. I called FNHW back and requested another repair company be assigned. Within a few minutes of my call. I recieved a call from Dmitrii Bubnov who asked if he could stop by in 10 min. Dmitrii arrived in 10 or so minutes diagnosed my issue. Ordered the damage part and returned 4 days later and fixed my refrigerator. If I had gone with STAR it would have taken two weeks before my families refrigerator got fixed. Was able to repair our oven quickly and, while re-installing, saw the oven wasn't sitting on the base correctly, putting too much stress on the screws holding the oven to the cabinet face.
