He diagnosed the problem, gave us a fair quote and we agreed to have him fix it. Meanwhile, our landlord let us know that he had decided to just replace the unit. When we called Elan to let him know and to apologize for his trouble he was cool about it and said he understood...he didn't even charge us the diagnostic fee. Elad answered, and he scheduled to come out Sunday morning. He got it working again quickly and said it's not the pump and may be the circuit board, but to just use it and if it stops again he can get the board and make the repair in a day. WOW!!! Elad to the rescue!! Woke up early Sunday morning to prep for big luncheon and discovered my Samsung dishwasher spray arm detached itself. Looked it all up but could not repair it myself. We reached out to PCH Appliance Repair to have our washing machine repaired. My wife spoke to Elad, described what the issue was, which was a simple switch to allow the machine to finish its process. Elad came out the same day, assed the issue, and replaced the part. In 15 minutes we were back up and running. Our home warranty company sent out their people that accused us of breaking the machine. Not at all accurate. We sat for 10 days with no washer while they assed it. WTF?!? I'm starting to believe the home warranty companies are a scam. IMO Elad took care of it like a professional.
