The two them then proceeded to immediately diagnose the problem and told me in detail what they were going to do and what I could do going forward to avoid this from happening again in the future. Within the hour they had completely repaired the fridge and freezer and cleaned up so thoroughly that it was like they were never there. But they were, because my fridge is actually cold again!
