That's where it all went wrong. The barber proceeded to comb through my DRY CURLY hair. I could hear the hair breaking and my butt basically coming I out of the seat from the resistance. Normally you'd think "hey, let's wet this hair and make it easier to comb". Nope! My hair was cut dry with product in it and resulted in the worst haircut of my life. I enjoyed the experience. The hot shaving cream on my neck. The hot towel. All do that was great but the cut it self was absolutely terrible. I got home to find random strands of hair about 3 inches longer than the rest of the hair and had to do some cutting of my own. If you want a scissor cut, go somewhere else. If you want a really good fade or taper and someone who is a master with the clippers, this is the right place. I won't be coming back due to the cut itself but the experience was nice and I still have to recommend this place due to the ambiance.

You can just come in, ask for what you need and go and I feel obligated. I don't believe barbershop should be charging you a membership just to sit in the dark with a cup in your hand and city with someone that you don't know if they truly love what they do or if they're just there, because they're being paid twenty dollars an hour. You be the judge if you wanna waste your good, hard earned money here or if you'd like to invest in small businesses instead where it matters.
