This broke and trampled many of our plants. When contacted regarding the damage, the owner came out to inspect and agreed there was damage to the plants but was unwilling to compensate for any of it. Instead he then instructed his workers to "protect" the plants further by putting a ladder over the plants that were in danger, while in the process further crushing these plants. Their "cleanup" still left all kinds of palm shrapnel in our beds and on our lawn, which should never have been there to begin with. Be aware that this company is only interested in doing jobs in the fastest manner possible and that your landscaping and your neighbors landscaping are in the line of fire. This company will also not take any responsibility for their carelessness other than a hollow apology.

They sent the boom truck and three workers and they were very conscientious. They had to go into a very tight space and do a tree that was actually sitting almost up against my house and was way up in the air and they had no problem. Nothing of mine was damaged. I had a very heavy trailer sitting out there, and we had already moved it, but it wasn't out of the danger zone enough and they moved it themselves. What was extra amazing, was that they cleaned up everything afterwards! They even used a blower on my roof to get all the leaves and the little tiny pieces off. I will 100% be using them again in the future. Note: they used sealant on each of my giant limbs that they had to cut, the dead limbs, because the gentleman that gave the quote said they didn't want any insects to get in there. I wouldn't have even thought of that. I have definitely saved their number in my phone because I plan on having them come out in the fall to send that very same tree for me.

The first time was to remove a dying tree; not only did they take out the whole thing, they went deep down to get out the whole stump (believe it or not, plenty of trimmers out there don't do this). The second, most recent time, I hired them for a huge fallen tree bough in my front yard but I ended up having them trim my big backyard trees as well and the price was SO right. They came immediately for a quote and though they couldnt do the whole place until the next morning, they came back within hours of quoting me to haul away the fallen branch. They do a fantastic job imo because they didn't hack away like I see so many tree trimmers do, they thinned the trees beautifully. Artfully so. They even did me a solid favor and took out a small dead one I had been meaning to deal with. I also have a vine that had overgrown and started connecting to a nearby tree- they cleaned all of that up for me (outside of our quote). It looked so much better. They cleaned up after themselves and even my huge dog (Royal, if you're reading this, I'm so sorry I forgot about the dog bombs!). All of the good work they did for me and it only took them around 5 hrs- incredible! Hire them, trust me, they're well worth it!
