We did not receive good customer service from this company. My husband and I made an arrangement with them to cut one tree in the front and remove the trunk, trim another tree nearby. They cut down the tree and trimmed the other but said they would come back to remove the root. They never did, when I would call to follow-up, I got lots of excuses, the lady who said she was co-owner said she would call me back in 1 hour, she never did. I tried calling back on two other separate days and got the same excuses, promise to call back, then nothing. Unreliable and flaky service. Once they got paid, never bothered to come back and finish the job. Will not be recommending this company to neighbors. read more

The crew arrived in time and were careful not to damage any of my rose bushes or other plants while they "thinned out" my Redwood. This is just feedback for the company /owners so it can help them with their future endeavors. I had scheduled Advance Tree Service on Saturday 5/2/25 after checking other tree services based on my budget and availability. I was pleased to have set up my appointment for 5/5/25 at 8:30 am. The representative/owner was polite and courteous and explained his quote and services well. I really don't have much to say as bad experience except that the day of the appt. I contacted him at 7:19 am to go over some particulars to make sure I knew when he would arrive. 8:30 am comes around , no call or text. 35 mins after the fact I get a message apologizing that they can make it later afternoon. Unfortunately I was unable too. I completely understand that delays and circumstances occur but as much as their time is valuable, I feel mine is as well. I regret I wasn't able to keep the scheduled service but i felt this was unprofessional. Later it was explained they had a flat tire on the way. Granted things happen but if I would've received a courtesy call I would've worked with them. I wish this company nothing but the best and hope they learn from this. I had an 80' plus Mexican Palm tree they took out recently, did a great job and at a reasonable price. They were on it like ants on a food source and then I had them trim all the trees on my acre+ property. The cost was so amazing I actually tipped them because of the quality of work they did for the cost. The only thing I told the owner was I thought communication telling me when they were coming back, etc. could have been a bit better. They did pretty good when they had an emergency situation, I just thought they could have communicated a tad bit better. I called on a Friday to set up appointment to get an estimate to trim two large trees in my front yard and Ceasar came out that afternoon and gave a great price and we set up for them to come on Monday to do the jobs and to do my next door neighbors two trees also. The three guys that arrived did a great job even though they have to come back the next morning to finish the job. The only critique or bad part of the Job was, that they were 2 1/2 hours late on Monday and they said that they would be back at 7 o'clock the next morning to finish and the showed up an 1 1/2 late. I checked with my friends on FB if they recommended a service that is insured, bonded, and does great work. Several people recommended this place. They were the first of the 5 recommendations I had to call me back, and they came out for a free estimate the following afternoon. They did do a good job, but they do lose a star for being 5 hours later than the appointment time (which isn't a big deal to since I'm a stay-at-home teacher for now), but this can be problematic for folks with jobs that take them away from home. This could cause someone to have to take a day off for nothing. They also left some marks on my sidewalk, and because it was dark, left some branches on the grass. 2 large cottonwoods stupidly planted too close to home by former owners. Gross juniper all over, and 8 dead tree stumps. Also, an Ash tree in front of the house (again planted too close to home). Advanced Tree Care showed up on time for bid, showed up on time to do the work. They had to rope down the trees carefully because they were over the roof. They ground out the stumps, looks great and no more worries on windy days. I asked them to cut the ash tree back hard, and tighten it up because I wasn't ready to cut it down yet and am hoping to keep it managed with regular trims. They did a nice job lacing it out. For over 10 years I have been hesitant to let anyone touch my old Chinese elm. It's a big, beautiful tree. These guys ar aight but I did have some issues. They came out once to shape some trees in my backyard and did an good job. I think some areas could have been betta but it was ok. A month later I had em come out n do a stump grind. Came home later that day and noticed they didn't remove all of it so I had them come out again to take out the rest of it. Well a couple weeks roll by an I see some of my other smaller trees dying. Turns out they cut a bunch of roots nearby so I had to remove those trees too. When it was time for the trees to bloom, the growth became a huge concern. I called the company out for advice and they wanted to charge me extra to help the trees stay alive. These trees are well established. More than 15 years. Long story short, I decided to get an arborist's opinion and take care of the problem myself. The trees seem to be doing well, but two are still struggling. After the treatment, we will have to have the dead branches cut back. I didn't expect to spend so much on someone else's mistake. I hired this company to remove a tree and stump. They did a great job. Had to clean up a little afterwards,but, I was very happy. Called them again to take down two more trees and stumps. I asked if they could remove an older stump while here and the boss said ok. Well their Stump grinder was half broke down and kept shutting down while doing the last stump. A storm was coming in and they decided to call it a day, said they would be back Friday, so off with the money they went, along with the tip. Never showed back up. Called after a couple weeks they said would call back. no call. Called again was hung up on. Sent an email, no reply. Really? Not real good business, fellas. Unreliable company. Untrustworthy. Owner Jesse came to my door a few days ago & scheduled a tree trimming job for today (Saturday). Spent a lot of time trying to convince me about what a reliable company he has. I requested the job be completed on Saturday as we are home when services are completed. Jesse explained in detail how he schedules jobs for the convenience of his customers & Saturday would be fine. Waited half an hour this morning & called Jesse to ask when he would arrive. After he reportedly called his 'crew', Jesse called back to say that he doesn't work weekends, only Monday through Friday & that his crew wasn't 'ready' today.
