A couple of months ago we received a call from a collection company trying to get "unpaid balances", this totally threw us off. We contacted Abba immediately and spoke to the manager, Fernando Banuelos, he started an investigation on my case along with the owner, Jane, and after a few days they confirmed we did not have any unpaid balances and it was a mistake from the collection company. I bailed my boyfriend dean with abba he was remanded in court on an unrelated case in spite that fact that dean fulfilled all his bail obligations and payments on time abba surrendered deans bail which prevented him from rebailing out. And still required payment while abba violated our contract. Dean called the l.a office spoke to danny ramirez he then contacted me saying that if I brought our cash we had on hand and deans state unemployment check that they would either hold or deposit . I drove 80 miles to meet danny in the office he proceeded to tell me that he use to be law enforcement and that the check was not real and that they were going to hold onto the check and possibly call police and charge dean with new charges and me as well. I asked danny to call and verify with edd and that would solve the problem. Danny did not know how or who to call to verify the check with. He dabbed the watermark on the check with water to "verify the watermark" he also9 told me that dean is a criminal and that he is not the good guy he claims to be. On our initial office visit with Danny to sign the papers pulled his concealed weapon out waved it around almost dropping it and then told dean infront of me that if dean trys to run he would lure him in by a email or text or through facebook with a pretty female to meet up in a hotel and snatch him up then. Then as we left the office says "I bet you cant wait to go home and get some". Which made me really uncomfortable that he would assume my boyfriend would cheat on me and fall for a girl and meet up with another female. Dean called the office and was transferred to santa ana spoke with juan about bailing out. Explained to him the situation and juan sent me text messages witch I will provide screenshots of saying that danny does not know what he is doing and he will bail out dean. Juan then goes to the l.a office picks up the checks and takes them back to santa ana with him. I soon get a voicmail from juan and text messages stating bank of America will not take the checks that they are fake. From my experience and im not a professional but if the checks were infact fake the bank would not give the checks back to the person but would either call police or hold onto and dispose of the checks. From my understanding the bank should of called and verified the check. I asked juan several times to forward the checks back to the address on the check they ignored my messages. Come to find out that abba bail bonds surrendered deans bail without our knowledge so they would not be held accountable or reliable for dean being bailed out again. I believe that was very very sneaky and devious thing for them to do and especially when there whole advertisements is in regards to helping out the less fortunate such as not the case. The ceo jane un who also owns jane un bail bonds service and operates out of the same address of abba bail bonds logo is our customers are treated with respect, understanding and compassion and they offer there unique "bail now, pay later program". Now dean has made every payment on time and has not done anything to violate his terms of the bail. So why would they surrender his bail and still afterwards try to cheat us out of even more of our money in paying on our bail agreement in which they surrendered. Jane told danny not to bail dean out of jail without giving us any type of reasons. The practice the promises of helping out families with there loved ones incarcerated. We had to hire an attorney to get the checks back. Once I received the checks I then deposited into Deans account and the checks cleared. Come to find out that Cash to jail is owned by abba bail as well 1 of 2 sights that you can deposit money on an inmates account. As well as the ceo owns and operates Jane Un Bail bonds also ran out of abba's address in Los angeles. Both bail bonds are supposedly all about helping the poorer communities read more
