We own a gekko, a frog and a full fish tank and buy all of our pet supply needs here. The owner and staff have always been warm, welcoming, knowledgable and accommodating. The owner does a wonderful deed of rescuing animals and fostering them back to health. My kids are 4 and 6 and we walk around and pet the rabbits. Our questions (and we have many!) are always answered with time and care. They are very nice to my children and their friends - and as a mother of young children, I very much appreciate that. I am so grateful that a local business like this has been maintained with great quality, service and care.

We dropped him off at 11 AM and was told we would be called when he was finished. When I still hadn't received a call by 3, I decided to check in. They told me he would be another hour because he was afraid of the dryer. (I later discovered he was crying because she had shaved him so low that the heat was way to much for him. He even flinched when we tried to pick him up and he had nicks from the clippers). When I went to get him around 4:30, she said he still wasn't done and had to shave him even more. At this point we couldn't see him. My cat is black and white, she shaved him so low that he now looks light grey . As we were leaving My mom noticed he was bleeding from one of his paws. She had cut his nails too far down and injured him on two different paws and then she tried to give us bullshit ass excuse that it was his fault for moving. The receptionist kept apologizing and gave us 20% back (12$) . Which in my opionion wasn't enough because one I got home I realized my cat was limping because his paws hurt so much, he was also tracking blood. And when we wiped him down with a clean rag there was blood on it from her poor job with the clippers. My very loving / affectionate cat hid under the bed for the rest of the day. He is currently struggling to use the litter box because of his injured paws. He let us pour peroxide on it but I can't touch it enough to show pics (sorry). Do NOT trust your pets here!!!!
