SO SO HELPFUL!! I played a show in Bend and my car broken down, I needed to rush to Portland for another event that evening BUT my AAA had not updated and wouldn't cover my tow for another 5 days. They were kind enough to hold my vehicle in a safe space and they even helped me secure the AAA covered tow once my coverage kicked in. No extra charge, no added stress. They were a serious blessing in that moment. I appreciate what they did for me more than I can put into words. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

Had two wheel bearings explode on the same day a week apart, both times Aaron made a hour long trek to come help me out and was a phenomenal tow truck driver even remembered me when my AAA dispatched him out on the second go. All around great guy easy to talk to and joke with on the rides back home if Aaron is your driver you're in great hands read more

We used Abbas Towing while we were visiting Bend relatives. A small accident happened while the vehicle was on the tow truck. Melissa helped us get our car repaired and gifted us a full complementary detail of our vehicle. Thank you Melissa and company. You guys are great! read more

I had an issue with what I thought was the battery as I was leaving work for home. The battery technician, Gregg, arrived swiftly and with a smile. We found out quickly that it was not a battery issue , but more than he was able to do. He called on his own to find a tow truck driver from his company. He let me know that he had daughters of his own and he wouldn't let any of them sit in an empty parking lot at night alone. He waited with me and continued to try to figure out how to fix my car. He went above and beyond his call. He was kind , helpful, and made a crappy end of a work day a bit better! I would recommend ABBAs for any battery or towing needs at any time. Greg was my hero today and if something like this happens to you , I sure hope This is the company you call! If you're lucky you will get one of the most amazing techs ever! Thanks Abbas! read more

Did a AAA Tow. Driver did not seem very well trained in what he was doing. Discovered later, that there was significant damage to the suspension on my vehicle, from improperly winching/anchoring the vehicle. Did a damage claim with AAA. Owner called me up and acknowledged his mistake and wanted me to "drop the claim" and he would pay me direct for the shop bill. I told him that the claim was already filed. He then changed his mind, became verbally abusive and promised to fight me every inch of the way, in regards to paying for the damage. read more

Yesterday called Abbas Towing about picking up my daughters car to have it towed to Auto Experts in Redmond and they said the cost and they could pick it up at 8:30 tomorrow morning. Well today they showed up at 8:29!!!! Wow! The guys were courteous and very professional. Thank you read more

These guys came out for my AAA call- everything was great! Friendly driver, safe, professional service. Luckily AAA put me on the short list as I was on the side of the highway, so the wait was about an hour, which is good for AAA! read more

My husband and I needed to have our vehicle towed from Bend to Eugene and Abbas Towing helped us out. The driver was extremely qualified, knowledgeable and friendly. No one looks forward to needing a tow, but the long trip flew by thanks to our driver. Our trip required that we go over the mountain passes and our driver was an extremely safe driver in the snow. He is proud of his work and it shows. The tow truck was in excellent condition and brought us home safely. read more

Pros: - Friendly driver, went far out of his way to help us. - Professional and skilled -- was able to quickly and safely load up car & unload it into a crowded / non-standard driveway. - Rates are quite fair & they accept AAA. - Good equipment with flat bed truck & plenty of room for multiple passengers. The owner of this company went above & beyond for my family when we were stranded in central Oregon in the worst traffic I've ever seen. He showed up quickly and was able to get us loaded up for a long haul tow back to southern Oregon. He was friendly and fun to talk to on the drive, which was fortunate because it ended up being over 10 hours of driving one way due to the insane traffic. I've never had a professional go so far out of his way to help us. Seriously, if you are ever in need of towing services, these are the folks to go with. You can request them through AAA, too. She answered all my questions and was very patient and knowledgeable about everything. I'm very skeptical when it comes to auto places because I always feel like if you're not versed in mechanics someone will find a way to make you spend more than you need to spend. This was not the case at all. I'm pretty sure I'm spending a little bit more than some discounted places but the service is well worth the cost. Mitzi set me up with the best tires she thought I would benefit the most from and gave me a fair price. She set me up with an appointment the same week and also was very pleasant and professional to meet. When I came in for my appointment, she made me feel like I was her best customer and got it going right away. She gave me an estimated time of 1 hour and let me know I can wait at the shop or come back. She would text me as soon as the work was done if I wasn't around. It took less than an hour and I was even able to enjoy a nice breakfast sandwich at Josie's while I waited. The pleasant surprise was that they offer a 3% discount for anyone that pays with cash or a check. Which is great because it helps them with credit transactions fees and they give their customers the opportunity to pay with a better option. What a great business and service. My abs light went on, car started braking and pulling to the left by itself and was able to limp it into Mike's Mitsy and Tye was able to speak to me and being a car guy I told them what I felt had failed. They squeezed me in, did a quick diagnosis and ordered parts and had me going the next day. I'd like to thank them for their speedy service and salvaging my road trip. I have AAA. they called Abbas Towing for our towing needs. Unfortunately they could not make it to my vehicle for a hour and a half. During this time. thanks had scheduled meetings. So my mom came and stayed with my vehicle while I left to go to work. when the owner of abbas Towing got there he asked for my iD. I had given my mom a pic of my ID. The owner of the towing company told my mom that would not work and left her sitting along the side of the road!!!! this guy is a peace of garbage !!!!! Don't do business with them!!!! horrible customer service!!!! Hopefully they go out of business!!!!!!! read more

I forget his name but I threw him the only 5 bucks in my pocket. He made my morning! While being stressed about my car, he made everything better. AAA said it would be 2 hours and he showed up in 20 minutes! He communicated well And was so compassionate and empathetic with how difficult car troubles can be. anyway, whoever this guy is, he's a darn good fellah and deserves a raise. He also towed me to Cascade Car craft who fixed my car LITERALLY THE SAME DAY. so cheers to these people. Thank you for great service and being good human beings. read more

I needed my car towed because it had a broken front drive axle on my 2002 Suzuki XL-7. I called AAA and they sent out Abbas Towing. I received a text as to the time they would arrive which they arrived like they said they would. Looked over the problem and made sure it could be moved and rolled it out and secured it to the bed of his tow truck. He met me at the shop where he unloaded my car so that it could be moved into the shop when the service people were ready for it. I feel he did a great job and was very helpful. read more

After the police had my suv towed, (I was in the hospital brought by ambulance) I contacted the tow company to explain I needed to come get my things, still shaken and injured from my accident. He agreed to meet me at the yard to call on my way!!! I did so and he may not have answered me but meet me there right on time!!! When I asked him to please back up my rental to my suv because I was still having trouble driving, he didn't hesitate to help me!!! He was kind, patient, and helpful!!! This happened on 12/23/2017 & 12/24/2017. I was driving alone with my dog when my car broke down at 9pm at night in a snow bank on my way to Mt. Hood. The Tow Guy was very kind -as I was upset that I now wouldn't be able to visit my family the holidays because of my car. It took nearly to midnight to get me and my car back(snow)- THEN I realized I had left my cell phone in his truck. He & his wife drove to my house on Christmas eve to return it to me. My dad's car broke down in Sisters, AAA sent these guys and oh man, I couldn't have asked for a better towing experience, and I've had quite a few. Riley showed up and immediately got the car up on the truck. He met us back in Bend to drop off the car at my parents place and pushed the car into the parking spot on his own. My '88 VW Vanagon just quit on Hill St. Friday about 12:30 p.m. Never leaves me stranded. I called AAA and Josh from Abbas Towing came quickly. Really nice guy and a whizz driver. I called AAA to rescue my truck after it rolled across the street due to my error of not setting the brake. It was high centered on a rock. Josh arrived promptly. He was able to jack it up and get the rock out. A quick winch job from there and things were good. I am really from Bend. read more
