The interior is similar to the other location: dark wood, a mix of booths and tables, big bar area. A hostess will seat you. Menu has changed a bit. No more flatbread for example. Still, plenty of options. Soup, salad, burgers, entrees, a variety of sides. I'm not a fan of their ladies room. The toilet seat was unstable in the stall I chose, moving side to side. The toilet is not automated, which I expected in a brand new building, but that's on me I suppose. The gap in that handicap stall needs to be addressed: it's far too wide. Hand dryers only; saving a tree, and blowing around whatever is in the bathroom. It is shiny and new though, so that's nice. Our waiter kept a good eye on us. Brought over a bread basket after asking if we'd like some. Refilled our water. Asked if we would like refills on iced tea. Food was delivered by food runners all at once after a decent amount of wait time during a busy lunch time. I had the Greek salad with an addition of salmon. The greens were fresh, nice feta, soft bread, well prepared salmon, dressing on the side. Would order this again. T-Bones is a nice casual dining option.

To begin, the onion soup we ordered was lukewarm at best, and the cheese had settled at the bottom, suggesting it had been sitting for some time. My wife's chicken parmesan sandwich was tough, chewy, and barely warm, making it inedible. The fries that came with it were cold as well. I had the Reuben sandwich, which was only average; the bread was not fresh and the meat was very dry / old and I could only manage to eat half of it before giving up. Our server was polite but seemed somewhat confused throughout our visit , and he brought us the wrong check, responding casually with "oh, that happens." and "I'll get the manager if you really want me to". We have accumulated many points through the loyalty program, but given this experience, it will be a while before we consider returning. I hope the quality and service at the new location improves over time.

I ordered the 15 Pc Chicken Bites ($16.25 plus tax) which includes choice of 2 dipping sauces. My order was ready fairly quick (under 5 minutes) and I paid for my order at the register near the front doors. I enjoyed the Chicken Bites in the restaurant which offers ample table seating. The Chicken Bites were very tender & hot, coated with a light crispy breading, not too greasy. The Boom Boom sauce and the Marinara sauce were good choices for dipping the chicken bites into. I really enjoyed the Chicken Bites here along my chosen dipping sauces. I will definitely come back here for one of their large subs (tuna or meatball) and the salad bar ($10.99 per pound in 2025).

Some places do it right and others don't. This place nails it. Everything is made to order and those smash burgers grilled with onions are outstanding, super flavorful. You can have them cooked without the onions but that's like the Mona Lisa without her smile. Single or double, these are the best burgers around. I love the different way's that you can get the burger made up but I now go for customizing. They offer the perfect range of fixings and sauces and I always get a side or 2 or 7 of the Baba Yum sauce for dipping. TATER TOTS! As well as regular fries. Nice! Simple menu which keeps them focused on the good stuff. There's no eat-in but the service is fast and they have a rewards program. Try them once and you'll get as hooked as i am.
