When contacted by email (forms) they don't reply. When you call, they are evasive about answering and tell you that you must fill out an application and pay fee before they would give you answers to these basic questions. In that they are a part of a national corp, it makes sense that's how they handled business. We chose to use a locally owned company in our search for a rental home. I cannot speak to how they handle property owners.

For nearly 10 months we lived in these conditions--raising two young children without a functioning kitchen or safe bathroom--while still paying full rent that had risen from $1,200 to $2,000. Despite repeated calls, repairs never came. Only after I moved out in December did they fix the house and relist it for over $3,000. When I asked for partial rent back for the months we lived in unsafe conditions, they refused. This company treated my family as disposable. If you rent from them, know that loyalty means nothing--you are just a number. I have waited 2 years to post this so I have no bias.

I had such a great experience with the office staff here and was given a virtual tour of the apartments and grounds. Chelsi was knowledgeable, kind and very understanding of my wants and needs when looking for a place to live. She took time to show me and explain to me all of the positive qualities this apartment complex has to offer, that would match with my personal life. One thing that stood out to me above any other apartments was the dog washing station that they provide. Having animals, this stood out because I have always had to struggle getting my dog in and out of the bathtub, and with an entire room dedicated to grooming your own animals, brought a sense of ease and excitement to me that both me and my dog could enjoy! I love how well planned out the layouts are and how spacious they are. I also really enjoy that the price is very competitive with the surrounding area. I am excited that the office staff was so friendly and made me feel like I was being welcomed home. I am excited to visit these apartments in person and consider my next future home!
