They called to ensure they had time on their schedule and were able to perform the grout cleaning for me at a discount combined with my other service. I said yes and the cat had pissed on the couch and loveseat. They arrived and started cleaning the furniture then the carpet. It looked good until it all dried. Streaks on the furniture and the carpet. The smell was horrible. I called the next day for them to come back out to redo the job completely. Well they showed up around 1:30 pm and told me it would require another $100 to redo the job. I'm stuck had to pay for them to do the job right. The carpet cleaning company you definitely should stay away from is Stanley Steamer out of Phoenix Or. they will do the job half assed and then charge to redo it. I am NOT a happy customer. Do not use them. This is a small valley they service so word will get around how they do business.
