Staff was super friendly and a technician came out to me in a matter of days explaining everything that was wrong (it fried itself), what our next steps that will be taken, parts that'll be ordered, and of course payment. With snow imploding on our next visit I was kept updated on all the things and options to change my appt date. I love that they call 30 minutes before arriving. They offered a warranty that is the topping on a great experience. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for great service, amazing communication and quality work. I saw some priced on sale for $4.97 but when I got to the register, they were $9.97. Since I am forced to check myself out even though I don't work there or get a W-2 I have to check myself out the lady that came over to help could not give me a price so I had to walk back with another guy take pictures. Unfortunately every light back there our price for the lights on the bottom which one would think are the lights on the top pictures below. This is the only thing that piss me off the day walking back-and-forth for prices because no one knows. Once I got the guy who works in that department he begin to tell me that that price is only for the lights on the bottom taped up in the box how am I as the customer supposed to know that?

The owner makes himself unavailable to talk to most of the time and when he does, he is very confrontational! He is belligerent with his customers when they disagree with him and their return policies rip people off! I visited his business with my 83-year-old mother to purchase an apartment size refrigerator/freezer combo appliance. It was brand new and not a single dent in it. His delivery guys delivered it to my mother's house 2 days later and it was visibly damaged in 4 spots from admitted mishandling by his delivery personnel. My mother immediately told them to return it and she wasn't going to accept it. Because of the owner's belligerent attitude trying to rectify the problem, my mother just insisted on a complete refund of the purchase price at which point they wanted to charge her a $150.00 return fee. WTF! WHY SHOULD MY MOTHER OR ANYONE ELSE HAVE TO PAY A RETURN FEE FOR THEIR DELIVERY PERSONNEL'S CARELESSNESS? Do yourself a favor and don't patronize this business. Their practices are greedy and they don't give an eff about their customers, once your money is in their hands, only their bottom line. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced! You should also know, this is actually a scratch & dent business and that should tell you also how much they actually care about you after the transaction has taken place. You would be better off spending a little more money on something new instead of used or looking for businesses online that have better reviews and customer service than this one or one of the businesses advertised elsewhere on this page!

I was pleased to have the technician call me, on site, and explain in some detail the cause of the failure and the effect of the failure. In the process, I learned features of the dishwasher I was not aware of. There is a safety feature monitoring the overflow pan and my dishwasher fill valve leaked causing the the washer to eventually overflow to the pan. A part was ordered and a week later all was well.

My fridge was giving an error code that I thought was "freezer fan" so they ordered me a new part before coming out to fix it. When the service tech came out, he ended up diagnosing that the fridge got switched into demo/store mode and it wasn't the freezer fan at all. Which lowered my bill to a simple trip charge! Honest pricing and reliable service will keep me as a loyal customer to County Appliance until the day I die. I highly recommend them to anybody needing help with their appliances.
