Staff was super friendly and a technician came out to me in a matter of days explaining everything that was wrong (it fried itself), what our next steps that will be taken, parts that'll be ordered, and of course payment. With snow imploding on our next visit I was kept updated on all the things and options to change my appt date. I love that they call 30 minutes before arriving. The technician called during the 1.5 hours saying he would be at our house in 10 minutes and he was. Prior to entering the house, he put on shoe booties. Daniel Hayward was professional, knowledgeable and showed me the issue with my five year old LG washer. He fixed the issue promptly and I threw in towels to make sure the very loud noise during the spin cycle no longer occurred. While he was here, I mentioned an issue with our 18 year old GE refrigerator. He explained that since he was already here, rather than charging me $99 service charge, it would only be $79. Once more he showed me the issue and promptly completed the repair. I was very pleased and would recommend him to others.

Fr's boss, (856) 727-0098, promised us a 25% discount because of all of our problems. Mr Appliance is a bad joke run by clowns and they have no consideration for the customer. My call was never returned, so after a week I had to call another appliance repair shop which responded promptly and scheduled a service appointment for me within a few minutes of my call. If Singletary's is screening their calls for types of appliances or issues, it would be nice to at least get a call back letting me know that they do not fix the appliance or problem that I called about, or are otherwise not available.
