Why you all would deliver a pizza to someone who lives 15 minutes away by car have a delivery person on a BIKE which according to GPS would take her 42 minutes to delivery on a good day but no you have her ride her bike in the RAIN at dark n deliver me a totally cold pizza after she got lost had to get in my car n try find her in the dark if I had wanted to go out I wouldn't have paid for delivery you put your delivery person in danger n I didn't get what I paid for read more

The food was delicious. As expected on the high side but yummy. The staff except for the manager were exceptional. The manager was abrupt and when I asked a question of where to order she was extremely rude which was completely unnecessary. We've lived in Eagle Point for 24 years. Abby's is our favorite place to get the best pizza. For the most part every employee has been friendly and nice. There's one that could stand a filter on his mouth but we won't go there yet. On Friday though the whole staff took their friendliness and kindness up several notches. They held a fundraiser for a local family who lost a child recently. We visited Abby's twice that night and both times it was packed. All the employees worked their hiney's off and just kept bringing it. No one was grumpy or inpatient, even Mr. Mouth. I loved seeing the community come together to support a family going through a huge tragedy and Abby's helping. Thank you. read more

Good pizzas. Good service. We live in White City but avoid our local chain Abby''s and head out to Eagle Point if we want pizza. This Abby's is clean, efficient, pleasant staff and always great food prepared as requested. I give it 4 stars because if you run in to a "party" it can become quite loud. read more

I purchased a 4 pc. Chicken and chips. When I got home and served them for dinner I was disgusted to smell the aroma of "old" grease. Nothing smells or tastes quite like old grease. I waited a few days to call and report my experience only to talk to a young lady who swore that their grease was changed every two days. The food is super good!! The service didn't take long either. My only complaint is it feels a little expensive. It was $45 to put 4 toppings on a family size pizza. Also, not sure if I would want to take my family there. Generally the food is decent, if they let you have any. Recently we ordered through grubhub. just before their published cutoff for online orders, which is 8:15pm. I placed the order at 8:07. About an hour later, the order was cancelled for no apparent reason. This happened once before at another location. I don't know what's up with them, but I suggest ordering early enough that you have other options. read more

I feel like this may not be a very fair review because we didn't order pizza. We came in at 3:30, so odd time. There was plenty of seating and service was super fast. We ordered 2 single trip salad bars and an order of mozzarella sticks. I can say both sucked. The waitress handed us our plates and I almost laughed out loud. They are tea plates, 4" plates, they should be for 1/2 a trip. To even get a normal side salad you have to pile it high, then it's impossible to eat, the lettuce was brown and gross, making me regret not looking before ordering. But thankfully you can't fit much of it on your "plate". Our mozzarella sticks arrived promptly and were horrible, totally undercooked, and tasted super bland. The batter was mushy and the cheese not melted and cold. We each ate half of one before leaving our full salad "plates" and a basketful of mozzarella sticks. They may have better pizza, but I doubt I will come back to find out. read more

The pizza is good albeit greasy. It's pizza. What did you want a vegetable? Don't bother with the salad bar. OK, I just went into Abbys to have a beer and play on the Oregon lottery machines and come to find out they have to turn them on when you want them on. No big deal but I'm 55 years old and she wanted to see you mighty drivers license, I joked with her and showed it to her. This was the evening manager tonight and she was the most rude person I think I've ever talk to. The 10 minutes that I was there I heard another gentleman come in and cancel his order that he already had online due to her being rude. He asked for the manager and of course she said that to me. The pizza is great-- especially the Abby's combo with meats, mushrooms and olives. Our family of six was hungry after a stop at Crater Lake, and, despite the scant reviews of Abby's this place made the kids and the grown ups happy. They got the order wrong but compensated with a discount and complimentary soda while they quickly fixed the issue. Great customer service, but more importantly, the pizza was good quality. Ingredients: fresh Cooked: perfectly Crust: amazing... A perfect crispy-ness to the edge and bottom. Dine-in /carry out are both great options. Salad bar and video games. Price: a little higher (4 stars) than I'd expect to pay, but the quality felt like it got pretty darn close to matching the bill.
