Everyone was very helpful and expedient. I didn't have to swelter in this Florida heat for more than a day (someone came out and confirmed that in fact, my old AC was indeed, very dead and they replaced it within 24 hours). Since they were so highly recommended by the neighbors, many of whom are good friends, I trusted No Sweat when they told me which unit would best fit our home. 24 hours later they were installing the unit and I have to say, the work is impeccable. Their sales rep, Todd, did a fine job of explaining technical details and prices for different A/C systems, plus pricing for additional optional features. Catherine made the contract process very easy. When I requested two small changes in the proposed contract, she quickly implemented those and sent me a revised contract for my approval (even though she was traveling and was out of the country at the time). The installation team of John and Jack professionally completed a complex installation in a small closet space. I was very pleased with every aspect of dealing with this company, and I can highly recommend them. We've had excellent experiences with No Sweat AC. One of our bedrooms in our small home simply would not cool. Part of that is because of how much sun that room receives and the fact that it's an uninsulated concrete block house. So about 3 years ago we requested several quotes - including ones suggesting full HVAC replacement. No Sweat AC came out and suggested updating the ducts so they more efficiently pump air into that area of the house. And, the price was hundreds less than other quotes. Last weekend our A/C froze over and would not restart. And, on a Saturday. We called No Sweat A/C again. They came out an hour after we called, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They also installed a smart thermostat we had sitting around. All for $175 - on a Saturday. They are reliable, honest and I definitely recommend them to anyone needing maintenance or replacement of their AC systems! read more

Amazing service! These guys really take care of their customers. Had an issue with the air handler so called around 10 and they were out by 2. Replaced the capicitor and the ac was working. 1 day later it was making loud noises so we called back and they were there in about two hrs. The motor needed replacing (this is an older system). Because of the age of the system, they didn't have that particular motor in stock so they prepped the unit for the replacement motor and returned mid morning the next day to finish the job. They waived the labor and service fee for the follow up visits, which was not expected but greatly appreciated. My A/C died in the middle of the night. A co-worker recommended No Sweat. I called, and they got me an appointment pretty quickly. Todd was my technician. He called when he was 20 minutes out, which meant that I did not have to take the whole afternoon off from work. He arrived at my house. He listened to the "symptoms" and quickly made me feel at ease. Within 30 minutes, he identified the issue and made the repair. He was professional, personable, and efficient. I recently had No Sweat AC and Heating provide a Preventative Service on our AC unit. They provided excellent service with a detailed billing as to services performed. The owner of this small company performed the service. Alan was able to locate an issue with an incorrectly installed valve that Air Flow hastily installed when our townhome was built. He corrected this at no charge. He also pointed out that our Air Handler had 3 Fan Speed settings to control air volume through vents. Apparently, it was set on Low which Alan switched to Medium. He mentioned that this initial was not the ideal setting for a 2-story , 1800 sq. ft. home. If you are looking for an honest, affordable AC Company ,look no further! read more

Very disappointed in No Sweat. Have used them any time I have an ac concern and I will no longer be using their services. Called them on June 19 to schedule a routine maintenance on my AC, she scheduled me for Friday June 29th with the time frame of of 12-5, she mentioned they will call ahead. What she didn't mention is that if you don't answer their call right away they will skip your house entirely. So on Friday at 12:43 I missed a call as I was putting my toddler down for a nap. I called the gentleman only 13 minutes later and he stated he was already on his way to another job but he would call me when he's done. Ok, that's no problem at all. I waited until 4:30 to call the office to see what was going on, knowing that sometimes they get caught up with difficult jobs. The girl Arielle stated he wrote in the notes that I never answered and he moved to the next job. She stated he wouldn't be circling back. She couldn't tell me why he made it seem like he would be coming back and she honestly could care less that I spent half my day waiting, she didn't even apologize. Typically companies call a customer as a courtesy to let them know they are on their way, not skip them entirely if they don't answer. My husband called back and requested the owner call us, it's now Tuesday and haven't heard a thing from them. After calling up all douche bags of A/C repairs, I finally took my neighborhood community help. They suggested me to call No Sweat. First, I didn't get a response immediately when my A/C broke. Understood, I am not the Only one. So tried reaching MillsAir, Frank-Gay, Del-Air, Honest A/C and few others. No one said they couldn't but cooly avoided saying Tech is working on another site. Spent sometime with Frank Gay technician. Poor technician sound like he wasn't interested to come on Sunday evening and couldn't say no to company's call. So he started to give me all the instructions to check which I already did when these folks were taking their time to solve other customer's issue. It's expensive, but was willing to pay them as these guys work their butts off in the heat. When I sensed that he is not going to come, I cut him off and started my own troubleshooting. Evening passed and I stopped chasing them. Rain God helped the weather to cool down in the night. Early Morning 7:00 gave a call to No Sweat. They said I will be in 2nd in the list and the Technician should be around 10:00. Fine, just to be on safer side, called up Del-Air. Busy guys said nothing is possible before 4:00 PM. I know what will happen after that. So kept them in the loop too. Around 9:50 received a call from No Sweat saying that the prior customer's job hasn't finish and should be done in another 45 min. Sweet enough, waited for 45 min and in the 55 min, received a call from No Sweat Technician called Ashley, saying that she is on my way. Thank Goodness, she showed up in 15 min. Checked the unit and told me that a low voltage fuse blowed off. Damn, no idea how as it happened in the early morning of Sunday and not during the bad weather. Anyways, she checked few things, replaced the fuse, checked the A/C power outlets, went back to the unit, checked few things and gave me a green signal saying all good and should be running now. Thank you Ashley, you made my day especially in this Hot and Humid weather. Appreciate for answering my questions. I will definitely recommend these guys. Much better than reputed companies like Del-Air or any other companies out there. I also enquired about changing the unit and she took the note and said that someone from the company will be in touch with me. I am planning to change the unit as it is a 13 yrs old and do not like to be in this situation soon every summer. If I made up my plan, I will definitely go with these guys to change the unit. Guys give a shot and come back with your experience. Trust me, they seems to be better than other douche bags over there. Thanks Ashley once again. Hope your work won't break off soon. After getting stood up by a company we had used for several years, No Sweat AC was recommended by our realtor. We were desperate to have the AC serviced and even though he was swamped with work, Alan the owner agreed to make time for us. He did an excellent job. He found a split in the line which was allowing cooled air to mix with attic air which created moisture and mildew (not to mention a high electric bill). This was an issue that should have been caught by the company that installed and serviced the unit if they had been as attentive to their work. I called and he came out in less than an hour, gave me a temporary replacement motor while he swapped mine out since it was under warranty. This company has helped me out twice in the past year, after I had been ripped off by some scrupulous other businesses. A member of my church received Alan's name from another church member and Alan came out and replaced a blower motor for free (I had been injured and was out of work for several months with a broken knee). That was several months ago. Tonight the outside unit broke down and Alan came back out, inspected it, found the bad capacitators, loaded with the freon it needed and also discounted the cost as I just started a job this past Monday. He showed me the parts that were bad, explained what happened, and made sure I understood what was going on. I have used several companies in the Orlando area in the past ten years, but Alan's company is the only one I'll be using for any HVAC needs. Highly recommended.
