Price is at the high end of the range.(even by their "careful benchmark" they admitted they were at the high end) We compared Freon from ABC and Chas Roberts, (exact same type!) ABC was $50 per unit more. We were charged for 6 units. There price for fixing a leak was much higher than Roberts also. We used Roberts. When we brought the price disparity to their attention they offered $150 off future service. Why do I want to use an overpriced service? I cannot comment on the quality of their work but I can say that in my case they were overpriced. I would NOT use them and I would NOT recommend them! I'm not a fan of a vendor telling me repeatedly how trustworthy they are. I'm also not a fan of having to ask a service company 3 times for a price before they finally produce one. Good luck if you choose to use them. I have receipts and estimates to prove my claims in this review. If you read their response it's BS. 1. Waived a fee to find a leak- they were paid to inspect and service. If they found an issue you don't charge 2. Discount if you use their service. They were horrible, why would I use them. We gave the owner a chance to address our concerns and he tried to sell more service. I think he really believes he's worth the price he charges. The competition was cheaper and they can't dispute that. They only become concerned when they get a bad review. Get two opinions, you will see! read more

Tom and Trevor installed a new Trane heat pump for my house. They were very thorough in the installation of a Trane XR14. I'm impressed by the quality of their workmanship. This is the 3rd unit to replace the old ones and I can attest that it is the best quality of work installation. I am a fairly new customer to ABC Air but can't give them enough praise for the service they provide. I called them at 5am yesterday to tell them my A/C wasn't blowing cold air. I received a text back from them about 2 hours later telling me they will be fitting me into their schedule. Their technician then texted me when he was on his way. Their technicians are so thoughtful and considerate. He arrived and immediately went to work to diagnose the problem and came down and told me that it was a motor, and that Trevor was going to get one for me and they would bring it back and install it. Another A/C company would have told me that I needed a new unit, but ABC Air was able to resolve the problem quickly without costing me a lot of money for a new one. Their service people are amazing. Their consideration and kindness and efficiency are hard to find in today's world. I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to tell people about the fantastic service they provide. This guys were great!! I went out to bid on my AC units for my home , had 4 different vendors, ABC came out promptly got back with pricing quickly and the price was very fair. In less than a week they came out and installed two new AC unit in one day, very neat work attention for detail was great very nice employees, Trevor is the main guy that comes out and does the pricing and was very responsive to my questions. I liked them so much I did my other house two weeks later and not only did I get an air conditioning system but i also got a new hot water heater. We needed a service contract for our AC to satisfy our landlord. I was reluctant because a lot of AC place come out and give you a bunch of silly tests and tell you everything needs to be fixed. The last guy I had come out from another company looked like an escaped convict, he hosed off my unit and pretended to put some parts in. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to dealing with more sketchy air conditioning guys. A friend recommended ABC and I couldn't be happier. They came out, fixed a minor thing our landlord had overlooked, and gave us some advice on how to keep things running smooth.
