Got a part here and it looked used in the box so I asked before purchased if it was new, and they…read moresaid it's new. Even assistant manager looked. Put it on my truck to find it was defective. Went back and assistant manager wanted to argue with me that nothing was wrong with it. I was trying to be as respectful as possible but just wanted to be treated fairly and get this taken care of. I asked him to give my number to manger who wasn't there so he could call me to warranty out. In also stuck with mechanic labor charges and need that covered as well as I will have to pay for that twice. Still no call and it has been a week or so. I wish it could be said that this location has integrity but it doesn't seem that way.

271 Wrecker Service was recommended by my mechanic. I am always concerned about the cost and…read moredependability of towing companies. My experience with 271 was quick, professional and reasonably priced. I called 271 and they made sure they had my phone number and the shops phone number. They asked for my address and he told me he could be there in about 15 minutes. I ask about the price and he quoted what I felt was reasonable for someone who could professionally deliver my car. He was at my house in about that time. The driver talked to me about the tow and got to work. He was careful and professional. I paid with a credit card which was no problem. The driver gave me a receipt and told me he would leave a detailed receipt with my mechanic in case I needed it for insurance. He thanked me and asked for my consideration the next time I needed towing services. Overall a very good experience and I will probably call them first the next time I have the need for towing.

My mother was involved in a wreck in November of 2021 on a Thursday morning at 10:45am . (Not after…read morehours) but when the guy got there I told him where I wanted the vehicle taken which was approx 4 miles east in hwy 80. The guy turned to me, hatefully and said "it's gonna cost you $200, you got it?" I told him not to worry it would be taken care of and it was. When I got a copy of the bill, they charged me $271.20. Meanwhile a friend of mine had a wreck in the same town but about a 1/2 a mile further and after hours and his vehicle was taken to the same place my moms was and he was charged right at the same as I was. These people take advantage of women for sure! I would not recommend them to NO ONE! The guy was very unprofessional on the scene!
