So we towed to Walmart where they used the WRONG tool, stripped the lugnuts, then called to lie about it and refused to work on the tire! My husband had to buy a manual socket set to easily remove and change the lugnuts himself so that we could still pay them to change the tire! Ridiculous. The truck was 3 years old and all of the other lugnuts were still perfect - except a few on this single tire. Suspicious? Still haven't heard back from my inquiry. Not surprised.

A cold front had moved in and it was 20deg F. Not good! The next day we got the Suburban to Jerry's Auto in Marshall. I explained our situation and they said they try to get us back on the road ASAP. One hour after dropping the car off they called and said the alternator was bad. They had already called around and found the best price for a replacement and gave me a price for the repairs, parts and labor. This auto repair shop must think I am Willie Da Fido around here. They want to charge me $125 to…read morecheck out my truck. I just paid them $700 to replace the fuel pump. Now my truck won't crank unless I relieve the pressure on the fuel line. They took time to tell me my brake fluid needs to be flushed among other things equally an additional $1k. I was planning to go back to get those items fixed. You are not going to milk me. Find another cow. They just missed that $1k trying to milk me for that $125. And they got a bad review from me, which can potentially cost the other customers.
