Was having some issues with my car and took it in on a recommendation from a friend. Ran a diagnostic on it. One of the problems he said he doesn't do there but could fix the other issue for me. Had me go grab the part and switched it out no cost. My car was running fine after that. Told me to keep an eye out on the other problem and if I had any issues recommended where I could take it. What an adventure.... My caretaker took my car in to ABC. While making the appointment, I told the gentleman that I thought the compressor on my air conditioner needed replacing. Well, it turned out that I needed a blower, and that made the mechanic cross and dismissive ( we're women?) For that reason I am giving 4 stars. Dealt with a turbo issue on my 2011 Hyundai Genesis after a first time vehicle purchase. Went in and talked to Rakan. He guided me through what my issue could be and the steps we coule take. After some trial and error and some replaced parts, we figured out the full issue and he succesfully helped me do a full replacement on my turbocharger. had my car back and kicking in less than 3 days ! Very responsive, very knowledgable as a hyundai owner himself, and fairly priced. Now I know why ABC has so many 5 star reviews! I traveled from SF to Geyserville last weekend. When I arrived, the coolant warning light on our Audi Q5 appeared. I called all over Healdsburg and Geyserville, but no auto repair was open on Saturday. I searched for Santa Rosa and luckily found ABC. I called Saturday morning and the owner said that he was booked for the day, but if I came by at 1pm he would look at it. When I arrived, he dropped everything and checked the car. After a couple of pressure tests on the coolant system, he determined the issue. He made the repair and we were out of there in less than 30 minutes. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I had the ABS and Brake warning light illuminated on my truck. Called in the afternoon on Wednesday and they told me to bring it in on Thursday morning! Fastest appointment I have ever gotten with an auto mechanic! Brought the truck in and they ran a scan on it, found the issue and said they could fix it but also told me how to go about doing it myself if I wanted to!! And to top it all off they told me no charge when I tried to pay! This guys is the real deal!!!! On the way to the Redwoods and our towing vehicle had a bad alternator. The dude from O'Reilly's rec ABC across the street. He immediately got us in. We unhooked our travel trailer and went to lunch. Two hours and we were on the road again. As a side note, I called my Las Vegas mechanic and they said it should be about $550-600 out the door. The quotes just to look at it $80.00-100 and then we would see. I called ABC to compare quotes and he had us in there in 2 hours.
