I literally woke up "early" as my shift runs in the evening/night time and they didn't show up. Supposedly a 10A-2P window and didn't receive a text or call update. Was on the hook that whole. My only minor issue is I've asked for a list of ingredients and brand type for their request to spray and I have not received that, it's been nearly a week. Very minor issue at this point. The main concern was a leak coming from the pressure regulator/filter/valve. They not only replaced the entire assy., the crew rerouted the assy. to allow unobstructed room with all new parts. We also had our planter excavated about 3 feet down and after the roots and hard dirt was cleared, the entire irrigation drip lines and timer were all replaced, as well as a "Canopy irrigation" system of bubblers for our tree. We bought the soil ourselves for the excavated planter, (Go to Home Depot, it's cheaper than STAR) and the only charge for a "Backfill" was $25 per plant that went back in. Worth it, as they arranged everything and routed the bubblers perfectly. All said and done, this Company outdid themselves for 3 hours and cleaned everything up and even pulled most of the weeds that were all over our front rocks. Do yourselves a favor and have these guys do the project. They are REALLY good at it!!

Plus they appreciated it. Lester was the supervisor of the team and got the job done. My only suggestion is for corp/management- Create a position Concierge liaison- a Individual who communicates to the home owners on all job sites in the morning by text of when to expect the crew and what part of the project is going to be worked on.
