If I could give them ZERO Stars I would. We reserved 50 chairs and 2 tables for a graduation party. These people flaked out! They never showed up to our home. We called them multiple times and left numerous messages. When they finally called back they weren't even apologetic. We had to find another party supply store that would help us at the very last minute. Thankfully we found someone. Rental prices are very reasonable. Tables and chairs could stand to be washed down upon return. Customer service was just okay depending on who is in the shop. The man who took my reservation needs to give correct info. when customers call. I was never told to come and pay in advance. I was told I'd need a driver's license and credit card. That's it! Piss poor customer service. I called to rent 15-20 chairs and their website it says .75 per chair. The guy wanted to charge me $54 + to deliver less than 2 miles away from their location. Not helpful at all and price gouging at it's finest because I don't "speak Spanish". I'm sure if I spoke Spanish they'd be more inclined to help me out and the price wouldn't be so high. This is my go to place when it comes to party rental supplies. Service wise they are ALWAYS so nice. They don't do refunds but will give you a credit. I dont have a problem with that since I ALWAYS rent from them. They once gave me a curtesy call to remind me to return a rental before a late charge would be issued. I placed an order with them for their basic package which was $99 online. They asked me to come in to the store to pick out the piñata. When I get to the store, they only had 2 piñatas to choose from which looked really old and outdated. Then, when it came time to pay, the price was more expensive than the online price. The lady helping me was really rude about it, so I pulled it up online and showed her. She still shrugged her shoulders and told me if I didn't like the price then I should go with someone else. I used ABC Party rental for a baby shower I threw a couple of months ago. Once again everything was great, they delivered everything early and it was perfect. Unfortunately, I got terribly ill and was hospitalized the night before the party. My friends decided to move the party at the last minute and took everything to a new location 20 minutes away. I called ABC to see if we could pay to have the items picked up from the new location since it was outside of their delivery and pick up area. But they offered to pick everything up at the new location with no additional charges. Amazing customer service!!! read more

I rented about 85 chairs from these guys and they didn't want to place them in my back yard which any other place will do. They said that the deliveries were on "street level" so I had to take them inside myself and it's not like my house is two stories. I'll never use this place again. Have rented party supplies from different companies a lot but my guy moved to Arizona,this is by far the worst company I've ever rented it from, staff was very rude demanded there money up front because it was summer time and that people cancel on all the time , I told the lady that would be fine if it was summer but its spring , she said that's how we do business here . They showed up with the chairs and tables, they were old beat up , he then told me when he showed up in the morning to have an Extension cord ready when he gets there, so I told him I don't have to bring his own, I should have canceled but it was to late to rent from anyone else beware of this company. read more

I live literally around the corner and booked 8 long tables, 50 chairs and a tent (which I was unsure of). I came in approximately 2 weeks prior to the event to ask them to measure my parents backyard, whom also live around the corner, to make sure the tent size the salesman had quoted me was correct . I was told I had to pay $35 and that that would cover them, Daniel, coming out to measure my parents backyard, as well as secure my reservation . Daniel came out, after I paid, and again I told him I was unsure about the tent, because I was already misquoted for the size recommendations on the tent, but I'd let them know. On Mother's Day his wife, Sylvia called and asked if I was still interested? I told her yes, but right then wasn't a good time because I was entertaining guests and that I'd call them on Monday. I called the next day, Monday, to let them know and reconfirm that I didn't need the tent, but that the rest of my reservation was good. The young lady who answered stated that they only had round tables left. I told her that I already had a reservation and I gave her my name and reiterated that I'd already made a deposit on the reservation as well, in which she was inclined to reiterate me that that was the only way to have reserved my items. She said she'd look for it and I never received a call back. Mind you, I've already purchased the linen for these items. I called today and was told basically too bad we're sold out !! You'd think that after speaking with me on Monday, even if you realized a mistake had been made, that at that point someone would have either called me right away or saved me some round tables and chairs..RIGHT..THE OWNER'S WIFE SYLVIA ALSO CLAIMED THAT SHE CALLED AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL..LIAR..ASKED HER TO PRODUCE A RECEIPT OF SUCH CALL, AND SHE COULDN'T!!.. Paid 1,200.00 for a Tent and table rental and they brought me this. Called them 7 times and received no call back, sent an email and received no email back. My daughter had to clean the tent herself on the day of her own party with a 6 foot ladder and 7 rolls of bounty paper towels. We tried to speak to them when they picked the tent up on Monday and they said they just pickup and deliver tents they are unable to help us with our complaints. Went to the BBB and was told they are doing nothing to compensate us for this disgusting tent. The employee who answered the complaint was insulting and the worst example of customer service. They stated they cant help if they bring it dirty because they are busy. So glad i found this out before they were used for any weddings. I ordered chairs and tables for our party and requested to be delivered on a Saturday. The person that helped us insisted on delivering on Friday. After a few back and forth I just gave in and agreed to Friday. Changed my whole schedule to work around it and they showed up nearly 5 hours late. We called twice to get an update before they showed up. Then showed up hours early to pick up. Overall it was a horrible experience. The people in the phone was quite rude. I had a great experience with ABC party rental. I got 3 quotes for a 20' x 30' canopy, canopy lights, side walls and some chairs for a Halloween party October 2012. ABC was the first to get back to me AND they were 35% less then the others. I was little worried, since they were about $200 cheaper then the other people, that they may not be reliable, but I had no need to worry! When they were running late on Friday evening (party wasn't until Saturday evening) they called to warn me they were about an hour behind schedule. When they got here they set up in less then 20 minutes and it was everything I had requested. Daniel Rodriguez was the fellow who helped me. Very professional. Also when I called to confirm my order (I had gotten the quote through email) the gal who helped me was very attentive and helpful. We had a party in Carson and found this place close-by to avoid the hassle of having to drive far for pick up and deliver. All we needed were the diamond overlays for tables and bows for chair covers as we already own the chair covers and table covers, I called and got a reasonable quote so we went with it. Everything went well, the actual product was in good condition and reasonably priced, can't take that away from them; however, when it came to returning the linens the man in charge was extremely rude. We accidentally returned some of OUR table covers to him and he called us and told us to go pick up our stuff because they were smelly and they would smell up his shop and if we didn't he would put it out on the street!! Sure enough, he kept his word, by the time we went back, he had placed our stuff outside. really? The worse customer service. I called to ask how much they inflated balloons for, I had the sizes and all and she couldn't help me. She just kept telling me to go in because she needed to look at them. Before this I walked in to price jumpers and all I got was a "stank face" like if they didn't want to help me.
