Yelp Fam! The…read moreweather outside is frightful & that means that flat tires are standard in the winter. Luckily Jeff & the Team at Firestone really helped me out. I was headed to work when I noticed our car had a flat tire, after frustratingly searching for mechanics. My fiancée gave me the number for Firestone, I spoke with Jeff, who was super helpful and knowledgeable. After a brief conversation about my issue we agreed that We should have the car towed to access the repair. In a flash our tow truck arrived, I met up with Jeff at Firestone. He logged my information and assured me he would take care of me. He had a mechanic assess the tire and gave me estimates for the repair. Even in this crazy time jeff was able to help and provided great customer service. The Firestone was clean, everyone had masks, hand sanitizer was available & the bathroom was clean as well. While I waited I chatted with jeff and by the time we finished our vehicle was almost done. Overall what could of been a very stressful situation was sorted out with tact and efficiency. I would recommend Firestone Complete Car for any tire repairs, they were very professional. Big shout out to Jeff!

I called ahead to make sure this shop had time to complete repairs for inspections. They told me to drop the car the next day at 9AM. I did but didn't hear anything for two whole business days. Three hours after I had followed up, Joe calls me to actually do a consultation on what was needed. He clearly had not even looked at my car and told me I would not get it back for two more days. When I said this was unacceptable and that he should have told me some time in the last two days, he bullied me with gaslighting (insulting my parents??) and demanded that if I did not what I was doing at 8 PM on a Friday to get my car immediately, he would have my car impounded. Go anywhere else. Cars are complex, but agreements are simple. This shop does not communicate well.

They had my car for 12 weeks giving me no updates. The work itself was poor quality and didn't solve the issues I brought my car in for. The first time I went to pick up my car, I pointed out multiple issues where the work was incomplete, pieces were falling off my car and not secured well, or not fixed at all. The doors they replaced were not even painted completely and they left the inside of my car a disaster. They have since been completely unresponsive when I tried to follow up. I have had to go through my insurance company to hear any news. I selected them doing searches on Yelp and Google and realized when I went to pay for the work, they off discounts if you leave a 5 star review... so that is why it looks like a good option. I recommend going anywhere else in the area. They apparently require that you pay in cash, which they never told me until I was there picking up the car, and then I did not have that amount of cash in hand, told me they could only use a card with a surcharge. Absolutely would never recommend any work from them.

My eyes bugged out of my head when I saw the estimate but given I wanted the car fixed by a reputable company, I set up a time to bring my car in for the repairs. I was given a 3-day window for completion and got a call back by the end of the 2nd day to come get my car. Checking out was easy and before I knew it, I was out in the lot looking at my car. Not only were the repairs flawless, I believe my car has been washed...at least rinsed off. The overall repair, while not cheap, is immaculate. I hope to be more careful in the future and have no more fender benders, but if I do, I'm coming back to Bumper Globe!

Warning to those in the neighborhood based on my experience this week, especially other women. My…read morelow tire pressure light was on, but the tire wasn't flat, so I took it to Goodyear on Fort Ave. They told me that they could not patch it because it was too close to the wall of the tire but would not show me the nail. They pushed very hard saying I had to have 4 new tires costing ~$975. The car and tires have 18k miles on them. I went to get a second opinion at Firestone on Hanover, and they said, let's check this out together, and the nail was smack dab in the middle of the tire (see pic), cost $35 to fix. Please beware, especially women, of taking your car to Goodyear. I am thoroughly disgusted by that experience.

He also told me He couldn't see it being anymore than $600 even if he did replace the whole exhaust system. Well, lets just say.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASEE AND DO NOT LET THIS GUY HUSTLE YOU FOR MONEY. Everyone needs money, needs to get fed.. I understand that, but don't kill your customers with the prices.
