When I called, the guy answering the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. Before the end of the call we found a convenient time for both of us for him to run out and quote a price for my bathtub resurface. On the day of the quote, my 2 o'clock appointment approached and quickly passed and no one arrived. At 2:45 BathCrest called and apologized for not being there at 2:00 PM, they said they had another appointment pop up a head of mine and he was just finishing up with that. He then came by my house, took 5 minutes to quote the resurfacing of my tub. BathCrest quoted me $250.00 over the other two cost quotes I received from other businesses which seemed pretty steep. I don't fault them for their pricing because it is their business and understand their freedom to price how they see fit. I do bring this up here because I encourage everyone that gets a quote from this business to get a few other quotes so you can compare prices. I ended up going with another business that did fantastic and it cost me 1/3 less than their quote. The other thing I want to point out and one of the main reasons for my 3 star review, while I didn't mind that the business couldn't make it to my house on time to give me a quote, a phone call before my appointment passed would have gone over better. I moved meetings around to make the 2:00 appointment work and when they didn't show it was disappointing. I am compassionate that things pop up but communication prior to being 45 minutes late is, I think, a better business model. We could have just rescheduled. I have no doubt the work that this company does is probably great and I will think about using them in the future if I need. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable in their field.

The repair was done properly, efficiently and most importantly the correct way. It can still be seen but not as blatant as it was plus we know it is water sealed and shouldn't cause any headache down the road. The price was really surprising as we were expecting upwards of thousands of dollars to either repair or replace. We now feel so much better about our home purchase

At the end of the day, I paid $695 for one hours worth of work where someone got on a one story roof and blew shingle particles out of 317 feet of gutter. I would have thought it would be vacuumed. What happened is shingle particles were left everywhere, surrounding the house including patio, patio furniture, wasn't told to close the garage so it was all in my garage, on my vehicles, my neighbor's house, etc. One area needed a small amount of caulking for a leak. No one flushed the downspouts as stated on estimate. I called and they said they would send someone out to do that but at this point, I don't want them back. They are very personable people but I don't think electricians and plumbers even make close to $700 an hour for labor.

I was told they'd show up about 9:00 am /10:00 ish am. I waited until 12:30 pm. NO COURTESY CALL! Having given up on Lionheart's visit, I left to visit a neighborhood friend. There next door to my friends house was Lionheart Roofing inspecting another roof, having just committed to inspecting my friend's roof next. It was obvious to me that I was dropped. I left a note and my number on Lionheart's truck regarding the missed appointment. I then left with my friend to go buy a part for a project he was working on. We were gone about an hour, maybe a bit more when my phone rang as I was standing in my friend's garage. I saw that it was Robert from Lionheart calling me from his truck. He told me he had not forgotten about my appointment rather he blamed the whole thing on a network/electronics issue. He was going to put off my friends inspection to inspect my roof around the corner but I told him to go ahead and take care of my neighbor because he was already there. I rescheduled an appointment with him for the following morning at 8:00 am. The next morning Lionheart didn't show up until 40 minutes later claiming some other incident caused him to be late. AGAIN...NO COURTESY CALL! When he finally showed, he blamed the prior day's missed appointment on his office personnel for having not texted him the appointment info. After looking at my roof he told me that his brother, James, would send me an estimate within a few days. A week went by and...you guessed it....NO ESTIMATE...NO CALL! Today James from Lionheart called to inquire about my intention to replace my roof. I had already made that clear to his brother. I told James I was waiting for his estimate/proposal so I could move forward with having my roof replaced. It's apparent that the left hand doesn't have a clue what the right hand is doing in that company. It occurred to me to try a gutter company. I read several good reviews about Gutter Done and gave them a call. They responded right away. Andrew came out and he knew exactly how to modify the gutter set-up so water run-off could be directed right into the gutter and wouldn't get to the fascia. It was simple and very inexpensive. Since he was there and bright as could be I told him the house had ice-dam issues during snowmageddon before we bought the house. I mean, if it happened once... I asked him if he had any ideas to deal with water settling between roof peaks on the north side where the sun never touched it - all a formula for future ice-dams I feared. He points up at the higher roof and said - add a gutter. He suggested the lack of one was letting the precip run right down to where the ice-dam had formed. Made sense that a gutter above would hold it away from wall where the lower roof met it. Such peace of mind for such a low price - everything well under $500. I can't say enough about the quality of work and how fair the pricing was. I HIGHLY recommend Gutter Done.
