He asked us to pay him for the rest of the project. We refused to give him the complete payment, but gave him most of it. When he walked out the door with a promise to order the correct size door, we wondered if we would hear from him. The answer was no. He would not answer our texts or calls. He also did not pay his subcontractor, who contacted us several times. He is the opposite of "ethical", and I would have to advise future homeowners to avoid doing business with Toby Tibbits.

She told them muliple times that she would need to think about it, but they would not accept that. After SIX hours of high pressure tactics she ended up writing them a check for the down payment just to get them to leave. She later called and said she did not want to use their company but was refused a refund of her down payment. I think it is deplorable that this company preys on elderly people with their high pressure sales tactics.

He was going to do an outside patio for us and flagstone. Said he had his own crew but just had contractors. Hard to find any reviews for anything but roofing and they were not great.
