I have to give credit to these guys! I must have called a dozen companies that advertised they moved Spas and this company was the first to respond and the cheapest by about 20%. Not to mention several others did not bother to reply. I called Aloha Spa Movers twice and sent 3 emails over 2 weeks and never bothered to call me back. I recommend skipping the head ache of time to contacting the others and go straight to the these guys. They showed up on time and safely moved my new spa from my drive way to the backyard. We had it set up but due to the seller of the seller who kept going back and forth. The next thing I know the person was parked outside my house. When I'd send him numerous text to meet me at the bank then follow me out out to the job. He shows up at my home. Won't leave. Was inviting my property. Trying to get into my gate. My ring as well as other neighbors cameras caught him and called the police on him. Very straight behavior from a "professional". I can't recommend ABC Spa Mover enough. Monroe, the owner, was personable and knowledgeable in working with us and the person buying our swim spa. Took extra care when getting underneath the spa. Total weight empty 2800 lbs. And when he couldn't back up the truck to the fence to load it on the flatbed, they used plywood sleets on the grass and pushed it to the road. Lots of hard work! Our new spa was delivered curbside on its side, and the crane operator we hired would only move it as delivered, so that is how it was set down in our backyard. ABC Spa Mover to the rescue! We gave them a call shortly after the crane left, and they were out to our house in under an hour to set the spa in place. You can't beat that. These guys were amazing. I got myself into some trouble with a spa purchase from Costco that I rushed into during a 25% off sale. I had not completed all the required site prep work, electrical, etc. by the delivery date, so I simply planned to have the delivery team roll the spa into my garage with their pallet jack. Problem is that the spa was upright on its side and too tall to fit into my garage. The delivery team just left this massive 8 foot tall, 950 pound spa sitting upright on my sloped driveway. I was concerned it could fall over on someone and needed it moved ASAP. It was a huge hazard and eye sore. These guys came to my house in a single hour on a moment's notice. Fair price too! The spa also wouldn't fit through my side gates. Nevertheless the 3 men hacked a solution to the problem and moved the spa into my backyard. We cut the wrought iron fence on the side of my house, which is adjacent to a running trail and public open space. That fence is on an 18" retaining wall. They moved the spa from my driveway to the running trail and over that wall through the section of fence that was removed. Now I just need a welder to weld that section of the fence back on. Also had lots of great tips for the 220v electrical, and gave me an estimate for a concrete slab. 100% Recommended! read more

Called around for prices and availability 3 weeks before delivery and found ABC Spa was the best. Returned my calls/texts promptly and agreed on price. Had a 4 day delivery window from Costco and Monroe and team were great about being flexible. Showed up on time, made the move around a couple of tight spots from street to backyard with no issues. Holy smokes!These guys are the best. Very quick to respond and very fair price too. I had contacted other 5 star rated movers,yet after being told I would need to pay 250-400 for a crane to take it over the fence(on top of the moving fee)I sent Monroe a message.I'm glad I did. I sent him the pictures,told him what other professionals told me,and he said," we can move it for you,no problem." I liked his optimism and his bid so the came today .Monroe was able to disconnect everything and safety checked as he went. He and his team work like a well oiled machine! Friendly,personable,professional from start to finish. Very knowledgeable,helpful pointers about set up /electrical needs. He needed to move a downspout and was able to get it through the path other's could not. Mission accomplished! It turns out I need to upgrade our electrical.Old house,which explains the tripped breakers . Glad the spa was free! lol! As a side note,google recently changed our location on maps, and the info,map and directions I gave, took him way out of the area. He responded in such a gracious way.
